Great food and very friendly staff. Zack the cashier was Geat! Very helpful with a great personality. We finished our meal and then I saw a lemon blueberry cake on the counter that I didn’t see on the menu so I asked one of the staff members about it. Ended up having this desert on the house. So amazing! I drove in from the burbs and happy I did. I have never encountered such an amazing group of employees. The manager greeted us as we walked in and everyone was wonderful. I ate so much food and it was superb. I grabbed some desserts to take back to the burbs with me. I love this place and will be back soon. Also, the best vegan Mac and Cheese I have ever had.
Decided to check out the Lincoln Park spot before the new Loop opening, and I have to say that I was quite impressed! Menu offered plenty of options without overwhelming me, staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. Not cheap, but food quality and portions were worth it. Keep up the great work!!
Great menu, friendly staff. Food was amazing, very tasty. I had the Kung Pao Tacos with grilled chickin’ and a side of Mac N cheeze. To die for! And the cucumber mint limeade was delicious.

I went here tonight and the food was as phenomenal as I’d been promised by friends. Also, the person who took our order was so helpful and nice. He was really enthusiastic and checked in on us. He was super enthusiastic and clearly wanted us to have a good experience. I didn’t catch his name but he said his other job was Chipotle. Great staff too!

We had buffalo wings and avocado toast and were delicious as well as the beverages. My son is not vegan and he thought the blue cheese was real cheese �
I’m from Nashville, so I appreciate a good chicken sandwich. This isn’t even chicken, and it’s one if the best buffalo chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had. Super tender and juicy. Meat shreds beautifully.
The save the animal style fries should be illegal. I always end up going back for a second order. In N Out would never survive against these.
This place is delicious! My boyfriend notoriously hates vegan substitutes but he loves the vegan chicken here! The ceaser salad is great and the free bird tastes amazing. We tried the O.G burger, the stand up burger, the chili cheese fries, the lemonade, the strawberry shake, ect. We honestly spent $70 so it's a bit overpriced but worth it 100%

This was a first time experience for a plant-based burger and fries. Turns out it’s really not that bad, the whole time I knew clearly I wasn’t eating meat but it taste very similar, more mental than anything. For my first time trying to plant base lunch I definitely do it again the fries are great. I got a shake also which was scrumptious. If you’re interested in an experience for something new, definitely come to standup burgers.
Really enjoyed the BBQ bacon burger and vanilla shake! Very chill vegan place with good music selection 🙂 oh and get the save the animal fries, so good! The fries are perfection.
had the best falafel burger ever here. even if you aren’t vegan, the food here was really great. I liked the ambiance of the restaurant, it was really chill, and all the workers were super nice and helpful. It’s a little pricey for burgers but it very worth it. good stop for a casual lunch.
We got the burger via Uber! Fast delivery, and the burger and fries was absolutely delicious. Very satisfied! Finally a burger joint that doesn’t serve meat!!
Probably the most delicious vegan food available. Beyond Beef burger and spicy Italian sausage available here. Try the Lucky Stars Burger, the Brat, and Italian sausage. I only wish Veggie Grill would expand to Chicago's North Shore and/or offer complimentary parking. If your driving to the city location on Diversey parking can be an issue.
I got the stand up burger and fries. I wouldn’t have know it was vegan if this weren’t a vegan restaurant. Fantastic customer service, delicious food, and welcoming staff. Will be back.
The service is good, food is great! Everything was fresh and tasty. The chicken fingers were room temp but the fried cauliflower was hot. It's their first week I'm guessing they just need to work out a few kinks eith the timing, but everything was delicious. We'll be back soon!!
So Veggie Grill rebranded to Stand Up Burgers. I got the falafel burger, coleslaw and root beer float. Definitely yummy but also overpriced. This was all about $20. I could get a similar vegan burger and fries at BK for like $8. I'll probably return at some point but not too often with these prices.
Great vegan fast food. Burgers are on point, shakes are thick and delicious. Tried the Buffalo chicken burger.. not quite as good as the burgers. Would be better as a regular crispy unmarinated chicken sandwich. Definitely will be back. Outdoor seating area was kept clean and comfortable. Restaurant area was super clean too. Service was excellent too!
Yesterday my hubby and I tried this place. And it gave everything it was supposed to give and more.
Niguel was super helpful with navigating the menu of best sellers and recommendations! My hubby (who loves meat) was completely satisfied with his OG burger. And the Steakhouse burger was divine. Truly I hope that they franchise (something like 5 guys) and bring one to my hometown!
Customer service was great, atmosphere and music was on point and food was phenomenal!

I was invited to this great new restaurant for their preview the day before their official opening.
Delicious vegan food!
Tried the Lucky Star Burger which is a grilled Beyond Burger, smoked gouda 'cheese', balsamic onions, blue cheese sauce, arugula, Sriracha ketchup, on a pretzel bun with your choice of crispy fries, roasted broccoli, cup of soup or lettuce style or kale Style.
Chose the roasted broccoli which comes with buffalo sauce or an orange glaze. I actually got both sauces so I could try them and the orange glaze was definitely my favorite.
We also tried the Mediterranean supergreens salad which consists of super greens, scratch-made Falafel, hummus, Harissa dip, tomato cucumber salad, lemon vinaigrette with optional grilled garlic flatbread. Started with the avocado toast for this one which consists of grilled sourdough bread, avocado, fresh spring peas, tomato, sunflower seeds, EVOO sea salt and micro greens.
Tried the strawberry lemonade to drink, which was really good, and I can't wait to enjoy one on a hot summer day.
Everything was very good and very interesting they also have many other choices that look fantastic.
I would recommend coming here a few times and trying many different items, I know that I will!

Loved the burgers, picnic slaw and the chili fries! Portion size was really great, did not feel too full and did not feel heavy on my stomach. We even went twice in four days because we loved it so much 😋
Great Buffalo chicken sandwich, chocolate shake, and really really good fries and chocolate chip cookies. All vegan I guess but extremely tasty even if vegan is not what you’re after.
Leaving a review because this is the type of place I really want to see stick around in the neighborhood — this is the perfect solution for people who go vegan but miss their “junk” food. I had the chili cheese burger with the “save the animals” fries and both were great, just so tasty. Going to be my go-to cheat meal spot for the foreseeable future!
