I really like the sandwiches here and have had most of their menu. The unique and specialty ingredients would qualify to make these artisan sandwiches. They are pricier than your normal sandwich shop, but worth it for the ingredients and flavors. I appreciate that each sandwich comes with chips or almonds. This place can get busy so I recommend getting there early if you expect to dine in.

Food and service are always terrific! I arrived today at the height of lunch hour rush and stood in a long line to order. I had a meeting in 20 minutes so when I got back to my desk and realized I received the incorrect soup and salad combo I didnt have time to go back. I finally got a break three hours later - just before they were closing. Yvette the GM was so sweet and couldn't apologize enough! She remade my lunch quickly and it was delicious! Yvette worried that mistakes can give the wrong impression, but I'm in marketing and I think that customer service response is a more important assessment tool in determining value and repeat business. Not only is the food healthy and delicious, but Yvette's service and pride in her store's quality and reputation will keep me coming back! Thank you.

I eat at the Illinois Center Hannah's Bretzel once or twice a week and have tried many of their menu items. Their prices are a bit high, but the ingredients and quality of their sandwiches and salads make up for that. The portion sizes are modest but adequate. They also sell premium chocolate bars and other items which can be hard to find elsewhere.

The turkey sandwich I had here was pretty good, but the price was a bit steep for the portion and for how little it stood out to me. I would prehaps come back, but it certainly wouldn't be my first choice. The food is quick and healthy with interesting flavors at least.

The pretzel bread is some of the best I've ever had! I've stopped by a couple times just to get a pretzel bun for breakfast ($2.80) but I've also had a sandwich. The portion filled me up enough but felt small. You can choose almonds for a side in which case you get about 10. Overall good place, just a little expensive.

Fresh, authentic, and amazing pretzel bread. But be sure to miss the noon to 1PM rush, or you'll stand in line for a while. The tomato basil sandwich is a personal favorite, but just about everything is good. Only downside: portions are a little on the light side--I sometimes feel hungry after finishing a meal.

Google should tell you it is located underground in the Shops at Illinois Center. Food was great and filling. I can’t eat a whole sandwich by myself and they offer a smaller size called the Wecken. Some sandwiches are not available until 1 pm so my son was not able to get what he wanted. Overall, I would come again. Line was long but moved quickly.

This is a nice place. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. They do have many VEGAN/VEGETARIAN OPTIONS and healthy choices. The menu is reasonably priced and the seating area is comfortable. All in all a great place.

Place is really cool and service was fast. We were really excited to try this but I didn’t feel like I got the best bang for my buck. The sandwich was good but it wasn’t very filling and it felt like it was missing some fillings in it especially for the price. Also it was very difficult to actually find this place!

I went here after being recommended by a friend. Had Angry Tofu Baguette with Almonds and Quinoa Salad. around 14$. yes, it's pricey, but it's all organic. Gluten Free option available. A handful of vegan items available and lots of vegetarian options. About their eco-friendliness: I noticed they don't use aluminium foil, and they use bio-plastics for packaging and cutlery.
