I've only come for coffee or had their coffee served to me at local eateries. Delicious high quality roasters. Disappointing that they don't have any flavored syrups... Not that I get them often, just kind of snobbish for a coffee shop in this day and age, because a lot of people go for flavors. I am all about the quality beans they put out. Haven't been, but I heard they have pretty awesome creeps on Saturdays only... A must try another day:)
Wow, there's a big fat huge roaster. Sitting in the middle of the floor. I guess we know their priorities. It's really a good, slow-dripped cup.
Excellent attention to details. A good cup of coffee starts with the beans. They have to be fresh for the best quality. Asado has this covered. They roast coffee every day, in the back of their store. The roaster was in operation when I stopped in.
All coffee is prepared to order, one cup at a time. If you drink your coffee black at home, you won't need to add anything to their coffee. If you add sugar or milk, you might want to taste the coffee here without anything before you doctor it up. It's really tasty. While my cup of coffee was delicious, the espresso I had was really great.
Asado takes great pride in their work. They control every step of the coffee making process, and it's why their coffee is some of the best.
