While being in The US You Just have to visit Chipotle. The Mexican grill fast food allows you to create your meal of choice. From tacos, to salads and burritos. Their guacamole is outstanding, so is the tomato salsa. In case you are on a diet, Chipotle gives you a full list of calories! However, remember that despite its really good menu and fine quality ingredients, Chipotle is a chain restaurant:)
The young people who work at this place work extremely hard. The day I came in, it was so busy that they almost gave me the wrong order. And they almost messed up another person's order behind me because they were so stressed. I pay attention to what happens behind the counter and it gets crazy busy during their peak hours. Never seen it so bad where the service completely falls short. I feel like it's gotten worse since the pandemic because of all the online ordering. Literally the staff is playing a juggling act with all the orders behind the counter. It's tough to watch these young people struggling to fill orders and still give great customer service to the person in front of them. Chipotle!!! Please do something to ease the workload for these workers.
i get this chipotle literally all of the time sometimes multiple times a week. it pretty much always hits, there’s some off days but even then it’s still good. however today (5/26/22), was genuinely the best chipotle i’ve ever had. whatever they did today needs to be done all the time lol
I accidentally put the incorrect address for a pick up order and the chipotle team at west diversey was so helpful and supportive. Alexis was kind enough to give me my order for free so I could still enjoy my chipotle without having to run to another location. Thank you Alexis and Chipotle for being kind and providing EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Chipotle on west diversey rocks!
