I take the train to work everyday. Often I want some breakfast. I used the app, had some trouble convincing the app to use the Union Station location as I was on the train several miles away when I made the order, but eventually it acknowledged I ordered from the correct location. I love that doing this my order is already on the board. There was quite a list, so I did have to wait. But that let me watch the crew. They were marvelous. Filling orders together, giving them out. I was quite impressed.

This McDonald's has a very strange pricing structure for McNuggets. For some reason a four-piece chicken McNuggets costs $2.14 and a six-piece chicken McNuggets costs $2. For some reason it's $0.14 cheaper to get two more McNuggets. It simply boggles the mind.

I come here almost every morning or other around 6am to 630am the food is always fast and hot the workers there are great. My only issue is that I always use the APP, and when I get to the restaurant they are either out of the product or the machines aren't working. I try to order coffee drinks and the machines are always in cleaning modes, the manager says it will be 15 minutes before the machine is done cleaning. Who has 15 mins to stand around here? More importantly cant the machines be scheduled to clean at a different time during the day as opposed to the mid rush morning when people want coffee items. Also they are usually out of cinnamon buns too. This place would be totally great if they could keep supplies in and schedule coffee machine cleanings at different times. I have had to start going to another place across the hall to get my coffees now. I have lost out on several dollars on the APP because I order things and they don't have it and I have already placed and paid for the product on the app. The manager states go through the app for a refund, when you pull up the app it states talk to the store directly so this is confusing. Nonetheless great employees.

I wanted to take the time to write a positive review. This location is ALWAYS speedy getting orders ready, accurate, AND everyone is friendly and has great customer service. Especially during rush hour times. Fantastic experience every time.
