Came here today (around 1 pm) to get some timbits for my kiddos. They were sold out of the kinds we wanted but the guy running the register offered to cook me the ones I wanted. I wish I had gotten his name. He worked fast, apologized for being sold out and I left with happy kiddos in about 3 minutes!
Very clean establishment with a nice remodel. The food is like every other Tim Hortons'; there was nothing wrong. As always, the service was fast.
Went there to get donuts, and most of the good donuts I wanted to buy were gone. I asked if they had any in the back, but there no response, and I ended up buying the donuts I did not like very much.
I go to this Tim Hortons all the time and I love all their workers but this guy named Randy has the best customer service always has my coffee done right, is very polite and introduce himself at the speaker and is very quick with getting your order ready. Very pleased with Randy and his great customer service
I’ve recently been going to tims on 4380 Buffalo Rd. The new renovations are top-notch. I’ve come to notice that a certain employee named Zach has been working and always assisting me. Even when it’s a tough day, he always has a positive attitude. I’m not only writing this review to give recognition to zachs work but to raise awareness to good fast-food workers who don’t get credit and have no voice. Thanks Zach for making my experience here good!
Service was with a smile! The pretzel turkey bacon sandwich was spectacular and full of flavor. Worth every penny of it. The restaurant and bathroom were both clean and well lighted. Great experience.
This Tim Horton's is in a good spot. Usually quieter after 7,7:30 PM. The parking lot can be difficult to navigate during peak hours, as the drive through will wrap around the building, boxing parked cars in.
