Absolutely amazing. All of our usual Thai places were closed tonight, and I found this one with a search just outside of our city. We will absolutely be back. We ordered and asked what dessert was recommended, “Thai custard” was offered and it was incredible. Even if you’re not adventurous, I beg you to try it. One of the best things I’ve ever eaten in my life. I regret not ordering two! Our entrees and appetizers were huge! Excellent value and fantastic flavor!
Amazing Food!! I have tried several items and have not found anything that was not super yummy! Thai Tea is fabulous!
Update: This has become our family's favorite place for take out! We have decided to work our way through the menu a few items at a time - everything is absolutely amazing.
The service is spectacular, the owner is so nice and always makes wonderful suggestions. Could not find a better place to eat.
I tell everyone I know that they should try Chef Thai & Sushi!

Completely forgot to add my review from last Sunday! First impressions. Quaint and clean. There was not a wait and we were sat immediately. The gentlemen who took our order was dressed nicely and was very polite. Now on to the food!
We ordered the appetizer sampler, fried. My favorite out of the trio were the dumplings. It also came with their version of crab Rangoon and I believe a spring roll. Two dipping sauces were provided. One sweet and not too spicy if you avoid the chili flakes. The other more salty.
Their sushi menu is small which I believe is smart since their other menu is so big. We ordered the sassy girl roll which I really enjoyed. A good amount of crunch. I can’t remember the name of the other but I believe it is the dragon something roll. It has eel on it. It did not disappoint either.
For the main dishes....my fiancé ordered the pepper steak with Thai fried rice. The dish looked beautiful. Tasty as well. The meat was tender and not over cooked. I had the larb chicken salad. I was in heaven! This has been the best larb gai I have had so far!! I ate every bit of it! The flavors just smack you in the tastebuds.
The service was not fast by any means but we really didn’t care. We weren’t in a hurry. Seemed to be a lot of to go orders coming through. I think because the gentlemen was so nice and the food was amazing....time wasn’t an issue. We will be back. If you come just make sure you have time. I’m not sure if it is always like that but just in case ;)
Truly a hidden gem. The Pad Prik Pow with chicken is the best I’ve ever had. Their curry dishes are outstanding. All of the other standbys like Pad Thai are also excellent. Tried the summer rolls today and they did not disappoint. The only thing I would prefer is a traditional ginger dressing on the salad that comes with the entree but now I’m being picky because the ginger peanut dressing is still great.
Very clean and the food was very flavorful. We were seated promptly, ordered, and received our food promptly. Waiter was very friendly and attentive.
The food is excellent and they have nice interior. Price is fair for what you get and the portions are not small. What's great is that it isn't another Chinese food shop, it has it's own kind of Asian food. You get something different here and that was a pleasant surprise.
Word of advice, don't be in a rush. The food is good but it does take some time. Overall a great meal and I will be coming back.
Must stop by here its easy to miss driving but you need to try it out pho is amazing
Had the pad see ew with tofu and a spicy tuna roll earlier tonight. It came with a small salad with some peanut dressing that was a surprise as I didn't see it listed as coming with anything extra. The food was excellent. This place is a true hidden gem. I was visiting a friend in Kannapolis when we swung by here for takeout but I would travel from my home in Concord for this place. Service in the restaurant when taking our order was also excellent.
