I started out at McDonald's to order a burger for myself never got helped drove to Sonic to get what my friend wanted went back to McDonald's to get the burger I usually eat had horrible service ended up getting nothing drove back to Sonic and the girls were wonderful. They gave us hot fresh meat both orders without asking. The second time when I went back to Sonic the place myself in order Plus hamburger patties for my dog they got everything right plus one out of their way to package the hamburger patties a special way to keep them warm. So I got myself a hamburger and two patties for my dog for the same price McDonald's was going to charge me for their cheapest Burger. The lady at the window that took my order and packaged everything up was very kind and very friendly. I asked her name and she told me and said she was the manager. The best manager that I have ever had is there a drive-thru window. I have lived in my area for 20 years. The 20 years I have never had service like I had from the manager at Sonic both times we went and she knew nothing about what was going on in McDonald's. I did not know she was the manager until the end and she smiled from ear to ear with kindness and extra help to do things special without asking and got the order perfect
This Sonic is rapidly moving up my list as a Sonic worth going to. The service is fast and friendly most of the time. They struggle some with staffing shortages like so many places but work really hard to still stay on top of their game. I go by this location because it's close to where I work. I rarely have to wait long in line, and my requests are honored in the food and drink preparation. I don't have to come back and say "Would you please do this right?"
