Felt very welcomed. Sushi was good. Lady was nice to talk to. Egg rolls are very big. Dumplings are crunchy. Soup was good and hot.
Extremely friendly, wonderful, family owned and operated. Our favorite sushi place in Cincy.
Quaint place, very tasty knows what they’re doing. I grew up in a restaurant and know tasty food. Definitely will come back and try other dishes and try their sushi!
I went to dinner with a friend here. The sushi was delicious! I’m sure we will be back soon.
The Bamboo House is a small place, but the food was actually very tasty, and you received a good portion for the cost. One thing I really like is that it stays open from lunch to dinner. Many asian restaurants in the area don't, so when I get off work in the afternoon, it's good to know I can stop and grab something on the way home. Parking can be a little difficult, but they do have a couple of spots blocked off just for their restaurant if you get there at a good time.
Fast and friendly service. The food is delicious. Sushi is artwork
A great experience! The perfect place to visit for a true mom & pop feel. Be prepared for the non traditional dining situation (I saw other reviews complaining about trivial things such as paper and plastic dining utensils and plates.) This does not matter at all, as the food is amazing and the service is the best you’ll find. The owners are the servers and were so kind and truly cared about you having a nice experience. We loved the meal and the drinks. They have hot sake and Saporo, and other options. Many food options as well and many options for vegetarians. The artwork is so cute and the whole family was present it was very nice. It was our first time and will be our new regular spot for nights out
Had a great experience today with my family. The owners are exceptionally nice. We all loved the food that we got (orange chicken, egg drop soup, fried rice with chicken, egg roll). Heck, even our picky eating son LOVED his food. 😀
Don't expect extravagant dining, but do expect great people to serve wonderful food (which is what was important to us).
Found our new favorite Chinese food restaurant. 😀
We were visiting friends and looking for something that was a non-chain, unique restaurant. We happened to pick this, and everyone was thrilled with the choice. The food was amazing. We had sushi, potstickers, and a few other things. We thought the service was great during the first half hour. Then my little 4.5 year old girl threw up (gag reflex, not the good or illness). That is when we discovered that the service was spectacular. They were super responsive in helping us clean up, and very understanding, and took excellent care of our group.
First time trying this place and it did not disappoint. It's tucked away on the hill in a strip mall so it's easy to miss. They have plenty of menu options, and the food was delicious! I didn't order ahead so we had to wait while it was prepared. I sat down in a booth with my toddler, and the owner brought over some complimentary bottled drinks for us while we waited. Much appreciated!
Food was delicious and freshly made 😋. The Mongolian beef was sooooo good.
Will def be back.
Honestly, my food hasn't come yet but the owner is super nice so 5 stars already ❤️ Update the food is also great.
Great local, family run place. Food is delicious and the owners are the best people
