Shout out to Jules our waitress oh wait the only waitress on a Sunday morning with a dining room more than half full and a line at the door. She was calm, friendly and attentive to all. We even saw her sprint across the dining room several time and kept everyone's coffee full. Thumbs up to Jules. As we were leaving a 2nd server arrived. Good job Bob Evens.
Excellent service. We had an impromptu breakfast for 20+ family members. They were so accommodating, friendly. Awesome experience !
Great food and a nice family atmosphere. The servers could be a little faster though
I love to the four piece chicken dinner.
This review is for the Bob Evans by Kenwood because we came from the Bob Evans off Pfeiffer - lack of staff there prompted us to wait until someone left from one of the 6 tables being waited on by a solo waiter (even though there was other staff who could have pitched in).
Anyway - comfort food was great, fried chicken was amazing, and the onion rings were divine. The waitress was super nice and patient and all the staff were generally friendly and kind. The only thing was that the restaurant was freezing (please turn down the AC - thanks). Otherwise - awesome.
The restaurant was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and engaging. We loved our waitress, Barbara and Nate (the great). They were super friendly and great at their jobs. It is all about customer service and they did AWESOME! The food was prompt, hot and delicious! Would HIGHLY recommend a stop here.
Today I had the Steak and Egg. Steak cooked medium well and eggs cooked overlight. When asked if I wanted hash browns, fruit, or breakfast potatoes, I asked if I could get the potatoes with onions, peppers, and cheese. It was delicious. They should add the loaded potatoes to their menu. It was so good. 👍🏾💯♥️
This is our family's truffle season so hit up Bob Evans for the first time in forever. Saturday at 6:15 for dinner was busy and our large party of ten had to wait 30 minutes in part because they were short shifted. Our waiter, Nate, was awesome and the food was good, too. Biscuits and apple butter are a tough combo to resist. If you haven't been in a while give it a try. Conveniently off expressway by Kenwood Town Center.
Bob Evans delivers home-cooked breakfasts and meals with plenty of refills on coffee! The waitstaff is friendly and manager is attentive to customer needs.
I had an omelette. The menu said caramelized onions. The onions in mine were large chunks and uncooked, which I can't eat and picked out of my omelette. The manager apologized, said it was a new cook, it would never happen again, and removed it from the bill.
I tried the Million Dollar Bacon and it wasn't worth 10 cents. Looked NOTHING like the picture. Just hard Bacon that was Drowned in peppery syrup. We asked the Waitress for items and she was not attentive. My husband asked for a clean spoon for his coffee and she never came back so he had to use mine. I ask for some butter twice for my biscuits and she never came back until I was done eating. It was a Wednesday morning and practically empty.
My daughter and I had a great brunch! Not too busy, great food, it came out good and hot. Wouldn’t have minded a bit more attentiveness from our waitress though.
Our waitress was fantastic! It did, however, take a little longer than usual to be seated. Just like most other restaurants, they seemed to be understaffed. Food quality was good and delivered quickly after our order was taken. Overall, it was a good dining experience. We'll go back again, I'm certain.
The food was very good. I ordered the crispy chicken, biscuit, mashed potatoes/gravy and corn. It was made perfectly. There was some issues with some other orders, missed pancakes but the waitress was very accommodating and fixed the situation quickly. The dining room was clean and the staff was friendly.
