One of the best places to eat! The food is always fresh and the spicy wings are delicious. The fried chicken has a light crispy crust that melts in your mouth. The huge potato wedges are my favorite! The corn on the cob is succulent and the corn bread is amazing! The mac and cheese is creamy and the mashed potatoes are soooo good! This awesome place is also very reasonably priced. Customer service is excellent!! The only regret I have is that we didn't try this place sooner. I highly recommend giving this place a try if you haven't already!�
Excellent Service and Food was fresh and good. This is the best Richie's in Cincinnati I recommend go to the Colerain Avenue location. No other Richie's in Cincinnati compares. Wonder managers and staff. Makes you feel welcome and comfortable.
Sunday August 6, 2017 was my second trip to Richie's at Colerain, and once again it was phenomenal. Their spicy chicken cannot be beat. I love Popeye's spicy chicken, but this, in my opinion, is better. I also had a catfish sandwich which was great. I will be back.
Love Richie’s! Please open one in the Fields Ertel area and I’ll be there at least once a week, although I’ve made the trip quite a few times, Colerain is too far to go for chicken.

Friendliest staff and fast on their feet. The chicken and fish are cooked just right and they have a big selection of sides. You won't be disappointed!

Best damn chicken around love the variety of food and sides the hot sauce is perfect and they have orange crush in the sofa fountain been eating Richies for 15 years and it's the same consistency I eat here at least once a week and will continue to spread the word!!!!

Update 2: I received a call from the owner after sending my contact information via email per their request. When I say that I have NEVER received the amount of care, concern, etc from an establishment in my life. Richies has a life long customer in me. Things happen and I know that. What they did to make things right made all the difference for me. Thank you for taking the time to address my concerns. We will be back again soon!
Update 1: The whole family got food poisoning. Very upsetting.
Drove down from Columbus on a whim last night since I kept seeing pictures all over my Facebook feed. They were close to closing but had everything on the menu ready to purchase. Ended up getting a 20 piece, 4 large sides with rolls and that set me back $61. Not too bad for feeding a family of 6.
The chicken was hands down one of the best I've had besides making it myself at home. The wedges were top-notch! The Mac and cheese desperately needed salt. The candied yams were great!
Whole family loved the food. If we're back in the area we will definitely be stopping by again.
Richies to me is the best chicken place in town. The best way to order it s using their mobile app so you don’t have to wait as long. They also have kiosk inside to order from also to skip the line. They also have fish and lots of side options.

Chicken is really good. I got coleslaw side and it was actually good too. I love coleslaw anyway but this stuff wasn’t watery at all and it was crisp. Normally coleslaw at a restaurant is bland, this was not.
Roll was tiny asl but chicken pieces are big and the skin so crispy.

I love this place you may have to stand alive for a minute. It’s always busy but it’s worth the wait. The food is phenomenal. Customer service is customer service ain’t got time to sit and kick it with you. They’re always busy but I love the place.
Always Great Service and Great Food 👍. On my way home from the airport , I asked my neice to stop by and the chicken was Great,along with Great Service. We live a little bit far from Richie's but we are always happy to go there 😀 😊. Thanks for a great dinner with my family. We all love some Richie's!!!
OK so when the building looks like it's about to fall down that's when you know it's some good soul food up in there. I just had the 6 wings and they was on point. Hot juicy and most importantly CRUNCHY!!!! The wings was so good I can't wait to try the sides next time so I will definitely be back. I suggest a good power washing a fresh coat of paint and a new floor to freshen the place up.
OMG everytime I come to OH I make time to go to Richie's. Let me tell you. The flavor is off the chain. And you need no sauce at all for this chicken. It stays fresh. Long line but while I was there for 45 minutes getting through the line, ordering and receiving my food they changed the chicken out 3 times.

I bought the dinner for someone else. So I can't speak on how the food is. They had a lot of customers. While waiting people told me that this is the best Richie's. The customer service was great.

The food is always good here. The chicken is better than anyone else, especially the spicy. Must get the wedges. Don't recommend the tenders as they're way too large with not enough breading to chicken ratio.
