My family and I had a wonderful dinner at Muse last night! They also accommodated our 3 kids, and have a kids menu. We started with a yummy flatbread appetizer that was good enough to eat as a main course. The flavor combination was perfect. We also had a cheese board with grilled bread from sixteen bricks. The salads were fresh and fun - mine had pickled strawberries, goat cheese and walnuts. We all had the catch of the day which was outstanding. The fish was cooked perfectly, the dish was unique and flavorful. The cocktail menu was inventive and fun. We also had a great bottle of wine. Can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic little restaurant. As a carnivore, when I first got there and saw the menu, I wasn't expecting to have as good of an experience as I did. The menu has a lot of veggie based options, and a few meat options. That said, everything that was ordered at my table was fantastic! The chef knows what she's doing back there, and got me to enjoy some vegan food, which I thought would be impossible. The bar manager is a genius mixologist. I've been there twice, and tasted most of the drink menu both times, and I've yet to have a bad drink. The service was great, and the atmosphere is delightful. All that said, this is what I would call a fine dining restaurant, so the portions are small. If you get the full tasting menu, you won't go home hungry, but if you only get one dish by itself, you'll probably leave hungry.

Just heard about this place during restaurant week. I came with some friends on a Thursday night so they had live music. The service was good but slightly slow. I do however like the atmosphere and the decor was pretty eclectic. The food was creative. Had a cheese board to start and for the main course had their seared duck breast. The duck breast was full of flavor and I would highly recommend.

This is a really nice place in a great setting. It's open for brunch on Sundays only. The food is great and there are many no meat options. I had the frittata with veggies which was fresh and flavourful. The service was great. The staff was really friendly. I would definitely visit again.

I went for Greater Cincinnati Restaurant Week and ordered from the $36 three course menu. All three dishes were excellent, and the service was great. Definitely recommend, especially during Restaurant Week.

Nice quaint restaurant in the heart of Mount Lookout Square. Recommended for brunch: coffee is amazing, and the breakfast burrito is incredible. The staff is friendly and the facilities are very nice.

* Food quality, creativity, attention to food detail = 5 star without a doubt. The chef has a vision and you can tell she's doing her best to share it with the community. Local farms dictate what is being served on the menu. * Service could use a little refinement, it's a bit disjointed but they're trying which is enough to keep a high rating due to food experience. * Ambiance is great. I adore the interior design and decor. If you want a little nit pick, I felt a few of the vegan dishes I tasted could have used some additional sauces. They were just a touch on the dry side which does allow you to experience the true flavor of the ingredients, but wasn't as pleasing texturally. Also, portion size on the main dishes were a little light. Again, not bad, but as a decent size guy, I could have used more. Overall, most enjoyable.

When I first entered Muse, I didn't know what to expect. The lighting was dim, candles were lit, and soft mellow music was playing. In that instance, I knew that my experience was going to be very different, and wonderfully so, than any other dining experience I had ever had. I tried the five course vegan tasting menu and, to my delight, the elements of art and flavor were combined beautifully with each course and the wine they were paired with. As I savored each bite and each sip, I could tell there was passion put into every ounce of this art gallery of a restaurant. Well done!

My wife and I went on our 1st date in over 4 months, after our daughter was born. It was a perfect date, except for the server dropping a glass of wine on the floor and having it splash up on my wife, and then getting yelled at like I was a child by the owner to not pick up the glass as I tried to move it away from my wife’s feet. There wasn’t much service recovery for that incident, nonetheless at least the proprietor was onsite managing her business. The food was amazing and the bartender made us special non-alcohol cocktails, and the host was very friendly. The interaction with the owner really bothered me, and the lack of service recovery was frustrating, but the positives outweighs the negatives. This is a great place for a vegan date.

This is a great, small restaurant right in the Mt. Lookout Square area. The menu is different than what you find at many places in the Cincinnati area. Their soups (butternut squash and tomato basil) are both delicious. I really enjoyed the chick pea curry dish. They also have some creative cocktails that are quite good. This is definitely a place to check out.

Fine dining on the relatively lower cost side, with a great atmosphere and service. Portions were a tad small for satiations sake, and the steak would have been over cooked slightly.
