Usually order a mocha with half of the mocha. Today decided to go dark roast with splash of cream. I may not go back to the mocha! The drive thru was better than most and service with a smile.
The staff is ALWAYS so friendly here!! Get this: Venti Iced white mocha, ONLY 5 pumps mocha sauce, 7 pumps brown sugar syrup, made with oat milk and a splash of vanilla sweet cream, ask to be stirred. This is SUPER sweet but anyone I have try it, ends up loving it!
This is my local Starbucks and I never hesitate to stop in. Employees are kind and professional. My drink is always good and if it’s not they remake it no problem to make sure we leave happy. After visiting a less amazing Starbucks on vacation I’m so grateful to have this one near home.

Great experience! Busy place with prompt service. Able to sit and read and enjoy my breakfast. The bacon egg bites were perfect!! My favorite way to start my birthday!

Have to agree with others. The drive thru is never quick, better luck going inside. Drinks are normally good and consistent. This was their response when I asked for extra caramel. Lol. Good but a bit much.
I adore this Starbucks. I am and AVID Starbucks drinker, shamefully a coffee a day type of girl. These employees are always so kind, and hardworking. My order is always fresh and made correctly. The place is clean as can be, and is by far my favorite place to study. I just love this Starbucks!
I love this location! I go there 2-3 times a day. abit much I know bit the staff is ALWAYS friendly and they know me by name and my drink is always made right the cafe is always clean. And the staff really makes the place feel nice they make me feel like I belong
My morning stop every day before work. Very friendly staff. Depending on time of day quick service as well.
One of the best Starbucks I’ve been to. Busy as can be and the staff was on the ball! Our drinks were perfect as was the food we ordered. Wish we could take this crew everywhere with us when traveling!
Everyday before work I stop here for a coffee or something, the staff is always super friendly and takes great care of the appearance of the store. I routinely go to several Starbucks all over Cincinnati and this one is my favorite. Truly one of the very best crews of people in the entire city.
