Always great food, great prices, and great customer service. They're always stocked up, and if not, they at least try to give you a good substitute, or at least a suggestion. Highly recommend Chipotle!!
The food is always great. The service at times is ok, depending on the staff at times sub-par. However, it is still not the worst location I've been in. I would make sure to keep all surfaces clean and make sure the cutlery area is fully stocked. We entered at a time when there was no line, just a couple in front of us indicating downtime. Never the less I digress our order was right, and the food was great as usual
Great location and food however, the young folks working the Frontline need to keep the outside conversations and joking to a minimum when preparing customers food or just wear a mask! I would still recommend!
They always run out of something they're no no cheese Or sour cream Or chicken Seem like they never cut enough of something or old enough of something
Always enjoy a veganized salad. Most all locations are very consistent with flavors and fiid item choices.

Got a catering order for 25 and the experience was awesome!!!!! My order was ready on time, everything was there, the hot food was hot and the cold food was cold. The place was very busy but they treated me like a VIP!!! Very pleasant experience, definitely recommend this location
Went in at a good time ( Norwood location ) Line was long but moved relatively fast for it. Food was good, they don’t hold back if you ask.
Had a birthday coupon so I swung by here after an interview. They loaded my bowl up so no complaints. The guy at the register walked away after ringing up my meal and I didn’t know whether my payment went through (it did). It happens, looks like we was doing two jobs at once.
I had went to another Chipotle previous to went to the one in norwood. The previous one that I went to was out of everything it was only 9:00 and they did not or would not restock the line. Which one would everything was fully stocked and please were very friendly restaurant was clean and I got my burrito
I felt as if my whole world exploded. My life passed before me as I realized the cheese was getting low. Looking at the person running the show they saw my pain. They knew if I didn’t get more cheese I was gonna just have a freakin cow! Thanks for filling that cheese up and dishing out an honorable serving you rock!!!
