This place has great food at a fair price and the service was top notch for a restaurant in the city. They are so friendly.
It was my first time having frozen custard, it was delicious. The customer service was amazing. There was 19 people in our group, we got our food in a timely manner and every single order was correct.
The burgers are great. But it's the fact I go with a special person and that's why I love the place. It's because she is with me.
Great experience yesterday!!!! The food was hot and fresh, the service was prompt, and the employees were very pleasurable! I love love loved my signature turtle shake! I'll be back soon!

They finally opened the Dining Room. They are the best diner in town and the Fry sauce will leave you wanting more. We got the Turtle Sundaes today and they were so delicious. Thank you so much h for reopening. They are one of my favorite dine in fast casual experiences.
Great hamburgers and sides! Cute throwback malt shop dining area. Shakes and custard is delish. Our server Shai (?) was very outgoing pleasant and professional!

Started in 2002, Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers has grown coast-to-coast and serves made to order food without a long wait. The Red Bank location has been open since October 2016.
There is a drive through window, but I chose to get my to-go order from the counter to check out the entire space. The dining area is very large and customers flooded through the doors just past noon on a Friday to get a quick lunch.
I placed my order, grabbed my cup and filled a cup of ice tea. Within a couple of minutes my order number was called and I was on my way.
Initially I was a little hesitant to give them a try as most of the menu focuses on steakburgers. But I decided to give it a try anyway. Before I get to my sandwich, I must note that the fries are excellent! They also have their own fry sauce, which seems to combine mayonnaise and ketchup with some signature spices. Make sure you get some of this!
As I don’t eat burgers I was left picking between the veggie burger and the grilled chicken sandwich. I went with the veggie burger and was presently surprised. The patty is made mostly of black beans, and though mine seemed to be a touch over cooked, the texture and flavor were good. It came topped with cheese, a full slice of onion, Freddy’s sauce, lettuce, and tomato on a toasted bun.
I look forward to another visit to Freddy’s. Next time I’ll be sure to take the kids as they will love the burger, grilled cheese, and chicken tender options. I also need to try some of the frozen custard. I’m sure I will have plenty of opportunities to do so as they are located just down the street from our swim club.
I came to Freddy’s on Red Bank for the first time after living in the area for 5 years. I am originally from the west coast (and a lover of in n out) and Freddy’s is hands down the best fast food burger I have had since moving here. I ordered the double California burger and a strawberry shake. Will be dining here weekly from here on out!
Good burger and fries. Didn't have "zero pop" maybe next time. Little skinny fries are good sometimes. Burger a little smashed but tasty.
This place is great. Good, fresh burgers and delicious fries and fry sauces (the cheese is also the best kind of liquid cheese that has that little spice). The custard is good, the prices are reasonable.

Went today around five. One car ahead of me and it still took ten minutes. They held my card for an awkwardly long time. Then they were out of ketchup and didn't give me a straw for my drink. How can a place like this be out of ketchup? On top of that the food was cold even though I ate it in the parking lot. Burger flavor was good and had great crispy edges. If it was hot it would have been great. Overall super disappointed. Giving 4 stars only because I have had decent experiences here in the past. Today was a maybe two star experience though.

Best experience we've ever had! We came in a half an hour before they were closing and had a pretty large order. Not only were they understanding but were very accommodating! Best location we've been to so far. I would definitely recommend this place!

Tastes great every time. I love eating cow, so I get the #1 combo with just cheese, and it makes my soul hum; It's so darn good. Also, Freddy is a Military Vet, so the consistency of greatness does not come as a surprise -- the employees represent that mentality as well. Fantastic customer service.
Food is always made to order. Never had a bad experience.
Patty, melt was a great. Got it from the Red Bank location Cincinnati Ohio great so I will admit the burger was great 👍🏿
