Been to this location many many times and it’s always a great experience!! I am writing this review for a particular incident today. I was helped by a very pleasant lady, I believe her name is Emma. I was ordering a drink for my son. It was our first time getting a kids drink and we had a ton of questions. She was just so incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. My son mentioned his tree nut allergy, and she went out of her way to make sure his drink was OK and comforted him. Thanks so much Emma!!
One of my favorite Starbucks in Cincinnati! The staff is friendly and fast. I have never had a disappointing drink from here.
It's Starbucks, so the atmosphere is always good. Young blonde lady took my order and promptly forgot about me. Note, there was no line. I went up about 10 min later and she scurried away to make my coffee. She made it incorrectly. I went back to the barista and the lady with the bright red stripes in her hair tried to fix it, but did not make a new cup. I ordered a decaf and I'm not going to drink it because I'm not sure it was done correctly. Sad that I can't drink my coffee. :(
Update: The guys redid it for me, so I can drink it. :)

Our drinks were made quickly and the drive thru lady was super friendly. And they didn't give cardboard straws! Wish I could give more points for that because drinking a frappe with a cardboard straw is awful
I love this location and the staff is always really great. I've never had a problem getting my order right and they have always been really friendly. The parking lot at this location is always pretty tight because it shares with a couple of businesses and there aren't a lot of spots. There are some times when the drive-through is spilling out into the street and that can make it difficult to get into. The inside of the shop is very cozy and great for conversations or for quiet work.
Working in the service industry I drive Miles and Miles everyday, and I love Starbucks venti mocha, the hot one. And consistency to me is the most important thing and this Starbucks nails it every time
Absolutely love this place!! Everyone is ALWAYS nice and sweet! They are quick and fast but also get the orders right everytime!

Staff is very professional, Up to speed on all the drink orders possible and they have all the sandwiches are always in stock. Drive through is very fast along with getting your order correct every time I have visited this location... If you're in the area stop at this Starbucks.
