We used this location for a catering order. They got everything right, and it was all delicious (rave reviews from our party guests). Room for improvement: food was not ready at the requested time. It was about 25 minutes late getting out to us. The takeaway is to set a pickup time a half hour before you really need it. Other than that, good work Harrison Ave Chipotle!
I give 5 stars because the food was good but the red head working was excellent she was above and beyond faster and better than any chipotle employee I’ve ever seen. If she don’t get a raise ASAP I may never come back. She was so good. Social media video worthy not kidding.
Perhaps because I came in the last hour and anything was gonna be an improvement over the location near the Northgate Mall, but this suburban location was perfect. I've no complaints about anything at all and the burrito I paid for was perfect for my drive to Indianapolis. I will def come here again and would maybe even consider residing this suburb if I relocate to Metro Cincy, in part because of the service provided at this Chipotle and the nearby Remke grocery store.
Chipotle has always been my favorite because of its food sourcing. Lately, no matter which one I visit, they are always out of something. They were out of cheese for in-person customers, but they shredded cheese for delivery & pick-up customers. This seems like such a backward practice. There's food on the floor, and the prep counter is messy. I still love the food, but my confidence is waning.
Usual run of the mill Chipotle. Usually very slow with takeout and skimp on the food. I hate having to say add more or being charged extra when a good scoop of meat is not hard to ask for, especially if you don’t want rice or beans. Other than that the cleanliness could be better, but you get what you give! Wish parking lot was a little bigger as well but when close to a Starbucks...
I like Chipotle, and this one is right near where I live. My biggest gripe is the parking lot, it's so small. Getting in and out can be a pain, but for the restaurant it's a pretty average Chipotle. During busy times be expected to wait in line.
Only good chipotle around us. Online orders are always good. Big scoops. Fast line. Everyone is nice!
Food was fresh, they were out of cheese. Staff was friendly (that's hard to find these days).
Best one I have been to yet! The girl in front was doing her thing. I believe she was also trying someone. He didn’t cook my quesadilla all the way. So she made me a brand new one. They were really cool. Thanks guys.
