They serve your food hot, somewhat fast and efficient.
Now if you want water be prepared to pay for a cup of water at this particular location.
Now the other location doesn't charge foe water. I believe it's based on owners and location. Buyer beware!
Overall the food is pretty good for a quick lunch, snack or dinner.

The first they're very fast and the food is always tasteful and well prepared however their fries are terrible and it's not just theirs any of the gold stars that I have attended they're fries have little to be desired for
I really like the chili, bacon and ranch french fries. The hotdogs are small and nothing special.

I brought my daughter in to redeem a coupon she got from school. I forgot it was Monday after a Bengals win and they didn't want to honor it. But the young lady making the orders with colored locs took care of my daughter anyway. It's nice to know there are still good people out here! Kudos to you miss lady!!!

Food was good but shocked at the price on the combo being bought. If they are charging customers high $$$$, then they should offer a larger size in the 2 way or dink.
This Gold Star consistently provides great service and food quality. Since they remodel it is so much nicer and more comfortable
Was in my hometown visiting family and stopped in for a cheese coney and a double decker sandwich. Everything was on point, tasty great and I was quite pleased. Extra added bonus was the extremely attractive gentleman (possibly Arabian, but uncertain) who I believe was the manager and was working on the grill and running back and forth handling business. He smiled and asked how I was doing. He should be very lucky I reside in Columbus, Ohio cause I would be frequenting that GSC several times a week: for the food AND to see him.
