Subway Madeira is by far and wise our favourite. It’s got great Customer Service. There’s one lady who gives 110% and is a ray of sunshine on a gloomy day. She’s called Michelle and provides a first class service. She made me. A “Michelle special sandwich” and it’s the nicest sandwich I’ve ever tasted. Can not recommend highly enough. A huge thank you.
Great friendly place to visit. Good food and place was clean
Michelle is one of the sweetest people I have come across. I enjoy her running this location and eat there more because of her. She is phenomenal with customers and is always nice.
New management, best customer service in the city. Fast food, great value. Highly recommend, especially since many locations have recently closed. If your time is limited, I suggest you stop here for your meal.

Generally do a decent job with the sandwiches, but not very consistent. Also, they don't participate in Subway price promotions.

Subway always has good cold cut subs. And service has always been good too.
