They don’t toast bread properly when busy. However the manager fixed it and resolved my issue. So keep up the great service when busy to include thorough preparation

The service was very friendly and genuine Zaxbys always had great chicken tenders (probably close to the best) but today I tried the Caribbean jerk chicken sandwich. The flavors were there and it honestly wasn't a bad sandwich I ate the whole thing but it wasn't my cup of tea for a sauce but there awesome chicken they consistently serve here made it a good sandwich and in the end the basics are what saved them. Also sweet tea here is on point with the crushed ice!!!!!
