Did a great job on our wedding cake. It was a beautiful design and it tasted delicious. The price was also very good. It was worth every penny!!! I would definitely recommend this bakery to all.
Vaccaro's has been a staple in my family for ever! I remember going with my Grandma Alma Palmquist on Sundays getting rolls and bagels..waiting in line but it was oh so worth it. One time i even just made a trip from PA just to get rye bread and rolls and oh their coffee cake..omg to die for. All this talk now i need to make a trip soon. But i could go on and on. Best bakery BY FAR!!

As delicious as I remember from my childhood. I ordered ahead and had them package my items for travel. Everything made it across the country perfectly for me to share with the rest of the family.
My parents moved to Colonia in the late 60's--found Vaccaro's Bakery and we were hooked. When I married Vaccaro's made my wedding cake--as my 4 children were christened, Vaccaro's made their christening cakes. Raising my children, every Sunday was mass and a clown cupcake. My children are now grown and raising children of their own with clown cupcakes and iced crumb buns. I have a soldier overseas during the holidays and sent him a plastic shoebox filled with Vaccaro treats. Vaccaro's continues to touch our life in so many ways.

I grew up near Vaccaro's Colonia location and I've never had anything that wasn't delicious but this month was the first time ordering a customized cake. It was nothing less than perfect and the employees were so nice along the way. I live an hour away now so they were kind enough to let me order via e-mail and phone. I e-mailed the pictures I wanted to be on the cake to match the vintage Alice in Wonderland theme. Eileen and her husband did a fantastic job!

best bakery in town. everything here is probably the best version of something you'll ever had. the jelly donuts are my favorite though and im especially keen on them when they're a day or so old and they get a little crispy from drying out. sounds weird but they're still five stars.
I drive an hour for this bakery & am happy to. But today, not so much. The items are exceptional, as always, but the high schooler that waited on me today...she should have stayed home with her attitude. I have been going to Vacarro's since my mom got my bd cake here for my 7th birthday (& I in my 60's)! As I said, I drive an hour to get here & always leave happy. Someone please give that girl an attitude adjustment! Oh..& I have worked in retail & always volunteered to work the busiest days & always had a smile!
Family owned, Vaccaro's has been servicing the area for many years. Old school bakery has great bread, rolls, cakes, pastries, cookies and pies. Worth a visit just for the wonderful smell as soon as you enter the building. Friendly helpful staff. Asset to the community.
Not sure how I missed this place all of these years passing through Clark, but I am glad that I have found it now. The Donuts here are fantastic. They are big and filled with Jelly, Custard and any other classic you can imagine. A true Donut that is a tribute to the old school. This is the real deal.

My family has been goin here for years. I Always get the brownies, they're the best! The cupcakes are good if u let them sit out a bit to warm up. You def get your money's worth with the donuts. Ive only gotten two cakes from there and both times were better then the dry excuses from shoprite. There is ALWAYS friendly staff
