Take care of the chairs they have big holes, which makes the place look dirty
I got to meet the manager/owner today. He was very kind as he showed me how to best use the updated app for the monthly rewards to work every time. He had good customer service and I can't wait to go back. Thanks a lot.
I hate the other workers customer service, they are always rude and take too long and don’t even know what they are doing. The young boy named Bilal is the only worker I like and he gets my order in super fast and gives it to me fast. He is polite and makes my drink done right! That’s why I only go when he is working aka Saturday’s!
Donuts are fresh!!!! They weren’t previously but a change has been made! Please keep it up!
Update: donuts are still fresh but they are sloppy and cheap. Piled all the donuts in one bag icing stuck onto the bag looks like trash
We will go through spats where we go everyday... Then not come back for years.
The location is always clean and well lit. The staff is friendly and work through the lines the best they can.
I think the doughnuts taste a little stale. But I rarely eat doughnuts... So my point of reference could be off.
The kid likes getting breakfast sandwiches here. And we are back on one of the "in kicks".
The ice coffee is popular and a lot of people use online ordering.
Not fond of the bathrooms being locked. Not sure that's code.

Stopped in prior to getting in beltway to escape a long day of shopping nearby and satisfaction guaranteed.
My friend and I ventured to establishment and was immediately assisted by a nice lady.
I ordered a Beyond Sausage Sandwich minus the egg and cheese as well as a side of Bacon and a medium hot tea. My gf ordered a Hazelnut Iced Coffee.
Everything we ordered was perfect.
I'd definitely return.
This dunkin is tucked behind a pizza chain. Usually a line/short wait. I've mostly only had coffee and donuts at this location/haven't ordered hot food to know if it's done well. No issues with my orders thus far

Best Dunkin around!!! I go everyday and the staff is always friendly, gets my order right and if there’s ever an issue they correct it promptly.

The employees are so nice. The only reason why they dont get 5 stars is that they dont make their donuts fresh at this store. They're brought in from a different location. Doesnt deter me though. Bacon, egg & cheese wake-up wrap and coffee please!
