Went to Clarksville In location & got 2items for $5, aksi got free drink & breadsticks !! Thats 4 for $5, loved it !
Went in for lunch today and as I went to pay the credit card machine went down. They gave me my food anyway! Went to the bank and came back and paid but for them to give me my food anyway is tops in my book!
I like their subs sandwiches. And their Caramel Pumpkin Cheesecake...
We eat at this Fazoli's weekly and absolutely love it. It ranks among our very favorite places to eat! The food is always delicious and the employees are simply amazing. And if you haven't, please make sure and try the mozzarella bites...outstanding! Love my Fazoli's!!
Love this place! The food is always so good and fresh. The young lady working the front counter had a bad attitude last time we went though.. and the more she heard my boyfriend say hello we are right here the longer she stood with her back to us. She didn't stop me from enjoying my food though! 😋

In the mood for pasta and was several places to choose, so I chose this place with Doordash delivery. I ordered spaghetti with meatballs and sausage. The pasta was well cooked and didn't have the watery sauce most places do, so was very pleased. Now the sauce was good but a bit too tomatoe/ ketchup like but it wasn't bad. The meatballs had flavor unlike some places could be bland and the sausage was cut in slices and was cooked well and very tasty. That was enjoyable spaghetti and I ordered 2 extra breadsticks, good. I had there chunky chocolate chip cookie and wished I ordered 3 it was that good. Also had the chocolate cheesecake and it was to sweet for me but it was very good, I had no one to share it with that could eat the other half. Only issue I had, that they didn't provide utensils, parmesan cheese or pepper flakes. Come on guys its pasta not indian cuisine to eat with my fingers. Yes I would order again from here but after I try the other shops of course. I would recommend this place.

The lack of help shows. The only cashier when we arrived was moving like a salted slug who hated the world and didn't acknowledge the other people in line (2 other families). After my order was taken there was no attempt to follow up on completing my order. I eventually went back to the counter to ask for my salads to which the person I believe to be the manger made things right. She was very pleasant and genuinely seemed to care about the satisfaction of the customers there. Listen, I know people have bad days, but keep your issues at home, be happy you have a paying job, and stop acting like the world owes you something. We all have to earn our own way to achieve what success we are willing to put forth the effort to get. Not everything is given to you on a silver platter just for participating or showing up. Employers, reward your good employees and discipline the bad ones, you don't have to put up with mediocre and lazy people. I'd rather wait for great service than receive terrible service quickly. Patience is a virtue.
