Arrived after I realized that I had called them after visiting the location closer to my office then driving another 6 miles to pick up the order at their store. (Will NEVER go to the Garner location again.)

Once I got back to the office..... the salads were yummy. Chicken was still warm and the greens were still holding up and crisp.
The employees were professional sweet and welcoming. The environment was mellow however, The manager constantly yells at the workers and is very demanding. I asked for a honey mustard and instead of handing it to me he yelled at an employee right next to him to hand me the sauce
As a employee of Chick-fil-A it takes teamwork and positive tones to create a healthier environment and I feel that if he wasn't as stern it would motivate the employees to what to do better and create positive environments as a whole.
The funnel fries I ordered were delicious!
After Sunday service, we frequent this location. Last Sunday, there was a huge crowd inside and in drive thru, but the lines were moving workers, including management, were serving and cleaning.
One manager was at the cashier's register, and the other was helping, which was helping cook and prepare food. Customer service was great because they recognized those who are regulars and while we were eating came out and greeted us.
Yesterday, we went back and tried the new chicken Philly. The sandwich was a favorable and hardy portion; served with fries and a beverage. Great price. I thoroughly enjoyed it to the point I messaged family and friends to try it, too.

Joseph C, he cashed us out he was super polite, friendly and kind double check the order to make sure he had a correct ! He even came around the restaurant asking if everybody was happy and satisfied or if they needed anything. Restaurant was very clean. Staff was OnPoint food was very good and quick to come out. We always have a great experience here every time we visit, we love this restaurant in the staff is always on point! Thanks team, keep up the great work! Also got greeted when we entered!
The food here is great, the service is fast, but nothing beats the atmosphere and friendliness of everyone inside. By both the other customers and the employees, especially Trey. Trey was so was kind and friendly, he made my day end with a smile. If your looking for a great meal with some real Southern Hospitality, this is the place to go.
I absolutely love this location! Food is always fresh, customer service is impeccable. Kenny is also great, as he ads so much to the drive through experience.

I'm a 67 year old Viet Nam era veteran. I go to Zaxby's quit often. In the past they have given discounts to veterans. This has stopped. When I asked why? I was told it was corporate that stopped this. So a week ago I wrote corporate and was told it was up to the ownership,not corporate. They apologized and asked me to send them location of store where this happened . I didn't.i figured what's the point I just went to local and asked again and was told it was corporate. I asked to speak to manager. Chris came out and spoke with me he's a stand up Guy. I asked him and was told the same. At that point I showed Chris the email from corporate. Now the reason I said he was a stand up guy was. He said you were here yesterday, which I was. He even mentioned the color of shirt I was wearing. That impressed me, which shows me he cares about his customers. We had a really nice conversation. Wish the ownership was as well. They obviously don't. This is by far hands down one of the best fast food places around

Clean and management are super nice and care about people. They seemed very kind when interacting with staff. The only restaurant to give free food, which is greatly appreciated when I'm doing deliveries all day.
Renai, Margareta, Ari and Brandon specifically were the most amazing employees. Customer service literally with a smile and upbeat attitudes helped me put a smile on my face after a long day. I encourage you to continue being yourselves.
Food was ok but when it came to order the funnel cake almost $4.00 and the piece it's so small my son though was the size as the ones at the fair.
Decent place for chicken, however I think there are better options locally. The salads here are good though! Not a fan of the side of not quite bread but not quite toast vibe.
We came in at 1030, ordered $600 worth of food and told them to take their time. 30 minutes later we had our order with NO mistakes. The crew was awsome! Friendly, courteous, up for the challenge. And NO MISSED ORDERS!

Very clean and bright atmosphere. Service and food were great. I attempted to pay for a Police Officer who was in line and learned Police eat free at Zaxby's. That is amazing!! More companies should step up and care for those that risk their lives for the rest of us. I was very impressed! Go Zaxby's!!
Food is always good and staff friendly. I usually just order off the app for pickup and they're always ready on time and get the order right.
Went through the drive thru to pick up my lunch. Ordered the Big Snack Pack and it was great. Got a large Diet Coke to go with it.
The young man that took our order was absolutely amazing! Our experience here is always exceptional! Oh, and the food is delicious 😋
