This a solid option for a fast casual eat out, or for ordering take out. The pizzas are thin crust and with plenty of toppings. They also have a decent amount of pasta and appetizer options.

My husband and I just happened to find this delicious Pizzeria during lunch time when we went to the plaza for another reason. I got 2 slices of pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms and my husband got the lasagna which came with 3 garlic knots. Both of our favorites, and this place didn't disappoint. My pizza was hot, cheesy, with lots of pepperoni and mushrooms, with big slices that were cooked just the way I like it. I didn't try my husband's lasagna but he ate the whole thing and said it was delicious. We also got 2 drinks. For all that we paid right at $25! You can barely get a meal for 2 at a fast food place for less than that, and trust me this was way better! It was a beautiful day outside the day we went so I appreciated that they have a couple of outdoor tables so we could sit outside and enjoy our lunch. We'll definitely be back if we're in the area.

Hands down the best pizza in town! We ordered pickle chips and they were decent but were served in a literal pool of oil (won't get those again). If you're looking for an excellent pizza they will never let you down!

We finally got the chance to try Assaggio's out the other day, and it was better than we ever expected. We got a meat lovers pizza, fried ravioli, and the garlic knots. The fried ravioli was hands down the best fried ravioli I've ever had. All of the staff was super nice, and asked us a few times to make sure we were happy with our food. The staff was also very helpful with helping us figure out what we wanted to eat. I highly recommend trying Assaggio's, if you are anywhere near Fuquay!

Assaggio's is a favorite for many reasons...I can vouch for the pizza and the lasagna because those are two favorites that I do not attempt to make at home. Even when they are busy with takeout orders and the tables are almost all occupied, the service meets and exceeds expectations. The location and parking is easy and, regardless of the time of day, I always feel safe.

Food was very good, This restaurant could work in a larger setting as it looked to be running out of room. We are not big fans of the marinara sauce as it tasted like the alcohol wasn't quite cooked out of it maybe?

I ordered 6 dinner meals tonight, ordering it over the phone on our way home from hiking Raven Rock. Dinner was ready in 25 minutes! My in-laws wanted to treat us, so they went in to pick it up. 4 chicken parmigian dinners and 2 eggplant rollitini dinners, all with penne Ala vodka as the side pasta dish. Each dinner came with salad and they gave us 3 trays of garlic knots. The owner expressed how grateful he was for us purchasing that amount of dinner tonight. He said he threw in a bunch of garlic knots (we got 2 trays). The food was so delicious (best Italian we've found since moving here from NY 4 years ago) and we really loved how sweet, appreciative and grateful the owner was for our business. We absolutely will be back and supporting this business!

Great food, atmosphere and staff were very authentic. Pleasantly surprised by this little shop hanging off the side of the Harris Teeter. Will come back next time I'm in town!
