Wanted to order food but I watched the same lady that was sweeping, dig her hand in the fries, bag someone’s order all without gloves or washing her hands. After doing the drive thru order she finally puts on gloves to cut the meat and never washed her hands. After that I decided to leave.
The family loves the roast beef sandwiches, easy and clean to eat, even when cool / cold.
I'm still annoyed that they tool away the Potato Cakes.
Went to Arbys in clear lake iowa on Monday February 28th 2022 and husband ordered a beef and cheddar sandwich and curly fries. We got half way outta town and he found a long hair attached to his fries ! That is so behind gross ! Will never eat there again.
Been awhile since I been there I had their fish sandwich and like any fast food place it was ok fries were just fine
