Took my Mom out to lunch at Jack’s for her first time and we were both blown away. Courtney, our server, was pleasant, attentive, and offered menu suggestions. She even brought my Mom a sample of her favorite soup to try because my Mom couldn’t make up her mind! I had the cabbage borscht and it was absolutely delicious - just the way my late Babcia made it. The New Yorker sandwich was stock piled high and the potato salad was creamy and flavorful. I hadn’t eaten at Jack’s in years because I moved out of the area however I am reminded that I need to make the trip and have a meal here once in a while. Delicious!
Join a group of people for breakfast. The food was good, The staff was wonderful. Also had a nice deli.

High quality meats and fish here. Many options of herring to choose from. The lox are fantastic.
The corned beef is top notch. Fresh homemade bagels and a nice selection of homemade bread. Tasty pickles.
The matzo balls are very large and tasty.
Prices are very reasonable for the quality of food you are receiving. Try the brisket sandwich.
There is plenty of parking. They will be busy during the lunch and dinner hours.
So so good!!! We went for lunch the other day and everything was fantastic! I highly recommend the Challah French Toast! I love that their focus here seems to be on making good food. They don’t add a bunch of unnecessary items in their recipes. Just simple, delicious food. I can’t wait to return and try more menu items! I also am excited to come get meat from the deli soon so we can make sandwiches at home.

Classic Jewish deli with huge sandwiches and breakfast all day. Modern decor with ample seating, and take out. My Reuben was good, but the bread was toasted a bit too crispy and the corned beef was a bit greasy. It came with a small side of basic potato salad which was rather bland and needed more potatoes. The star was the complimentary side of yummy pickles they bring. Service was efficient and friendly.
My first time dining on inside. Pleasant place to sit and eat. Food was plentiful and priced very well!
Ordered the meat deli tray with potato salad. Meats high quality, rye bread very fresh, and the green tomatoes delish. Gary was very nice and even carried the tray out to my car. We'll be back!
Great local deli and restaurant. Always visit whenever I am in town. Busy, but worth the wait. The real hot corned beef and pastrami. Accept no substitutes. Photo is takeout with Jack's rye bread.
Felt like we were transported to New York at this great deli. We didn’t indulge in all the meats but shared a grilled cheese - choosing the cheese and bread type along with a few bowls of soup. A nice warm meal in a cold rainy Cleveland day.
Love Carmen and Hollywood, they are the best two staff members ever. They make my visit which is generally every Wednesday enjoyable! Thanks for having such wonderful employees. Oh yes, the food is tremendous!
Great service good eggs, home fries, rye toast and coffee.
My husband loved his eggs, lox, onions, and everything bagel.
He also loves mushroom barley soup there, often for lunch.
My eggs got sent back to make them hotter, an assistant was pleasant about taking care of that.
Fantastic! I was honestly a little put off by the prices initially, until our food arrived, and I saw that the quality is impeccable and the portions are gigantic. I would actually recommend splitting an entrée unless you’re a very big eater.
Amazing! Visited today to celebrate my brother's birthday. Our table for 14 was set and ready for our arrival. Our waiter and server Angelo and David were outstanding. Both Alvie and Gary came over to greet us as well. The food? Delicious! Corned beef, Reubens, chicken wraps, chicken sandwiches, macaroni salad, etc. were all fantastic. Stop by and see for yourself. Can't eat in? Order your items to go.
I was craving a corned beef sandwich and did not want to go to dt Cleveland and found Jack's close to where I'm working, so I went and dined in. Great food and customer service. I had a short wait. The place is not pretencious. The deli counter was humming. I'll be back!
Food was amazing. I was hungry and got a burger and a salad and soup. The soup was cabbage borscht and the burger had swiss cheese and all the toppings. Tomatoes lettuce, ketchup. This is the second time being there and it was better then the first. Me and my uncle went and it was around 12 when we got there. They where pretty busy. The food came really fast though and was great.
