The food was flavorful. A little pricey but portion size was big. Creative idea and nice decor. Place was clean and server was courteous.
First off they are not closed. Use the door on Euclid Avenue. I had no idea what or how to order so the young woman behind the counter led me through the process (Indian version of Chipotle for the bowls). Thank you to her. I ordered brown rice, paneer, chickpeas, and all the toppings (minced onion, pickled onion, cucumber, minced tomato) for less than $8 it is a filling and fulfilling meal. I will add a chutney next time.
The food wasn't overly traditionally Indian, but very good. Some see that as a minus but I see it as a plus. There's nothing wrong with trying to differentiate yourself. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bathroom were clean. Thumbs up!
My first time going here the staff was so friendly and patient and helped me with the whole process. The food was delicious and the portions are great for the price! I will be coming back here for sure.
It's been a while since I've been here. I'm a California native. But when I used to visit my girlfriend in Cleveland, this place was good. Healthy, clean, fast, ethnic alternative to Chipotle. I miss this place. And I miss you workers too if you're reading this. Good times. I hope you guys expand to Los Angeles
I love the chicken biryani bowl and samosas. The women who work there know my regular order all the way down to the “extra yogurt and onions only on the side” without me even needing to say it when I come in.
Just the right amount of exotic spices. Giving a sense of authentic Indian but still aligned with American traditional palate preferences. Really enjoyed my dish. Certainly could be seen as a knock-off of Chipotle, but in my opinion it is a welcome improvement, and I love Chipotle. I would definitely recommend you guys getting your name out to the CSU community. Not everyone lives in the Langston. And whenever I mention your company to friends on campus, I am received with blank stares. Work on some publicity!!
Great place to have quick lunch. I am an Indian and honestly I like aloo jira bowl which reminds me of the food of India. Not really spicy. I would recommend the lassi(drink), after meal which is really good. Highly recommend place for to-go and quick lunch.
Great food, with lots of vegetarian choices. The sauces and chutneys taste great and the portions are large. They also offer some unique freshly made drinks.
The food is amazing. The owners are great, and never treat their employees badly. The food is authentic. It's just served a little different than what some people are use to. CHAPATI is a great experience.
American Indian restaurant like (better than) Chipotle with more options!!! Go super spicy or mild. Great textures and flavor combos. I go every week!
This place is great! It gets better every time I go.New menu has lots of Indian stuff.. Mattar Paneer and vada pao was Best.. The team running this location are on top of their game.
