My husband & I got the shawarma platter. I got it with grilled vegetables & sweet potatoes fries. He got his with the Israeli Salad (tomatoes & cucumbers) & regular fries. He loved it! I loved the flavors in the food and the amba sauce was really good too. The pita is the fluffiest melt in your mouth piece of bread… it was so good.

The food is awesome here. The restaurant is clean and beautiful, with great customer service. Next time we're in the Cleveland area, this will be our first stop. I'd like to show you photos of the food, but it was too good to stop to take photos.

My wife says the falafel is the best she has tasted outside of Eretz Yisrael. The Sharma platter was abundant and well seasoned. Grilled vegetables, sweet potato fries, and crispy French fries were great. Perfect Sabich. Homemade baklava and other sweets were worth the calories. Best of all, Arova is a kosher restaurant offering several beers on tap!

The food is amazing!!! It is my husband's favorite place when we go out for meals. The shawarma is made to order. The staff is helpful and courteous. You really get the middle eastern feel from the food.

Updated: This place has gotten WAY better at serving fresh food. My first experience was rather poor, but I have gone back and had several great meals! They are also open very late, great place to grab a bite in peace without the dinner rush. The last 2 times I went, the pita was very fresh. I highly recommend the shwarma platter. It is filling and you get several sauces of your choosing. The dips are great, with the amba and tahini being standouts. Pickled veggies is also an amazing addition to the meal. Ambiance is very relaxed. Easy parking, central location off the main street. Highly recommend!

This is the restaurant I’ve been looking for for years. I know Israeli food pretty well, and helped my kids order “safe” shawarma rolls. I ordered a few more authentic things, sabich, falafel, schnitzel, fried eggplant, pickled vegetables, Israeli salad, hummus, Amba, toom (garlic mayo) etc. At home we shared things around and the family loved it all. The kids piled eggplant and fried onions on their shawarma and just about anything else they could fit in. They’re asking how soon we can go back. Everything really is that good. If you like wraps, simple grilled meats and vegetables, and tons of huge flavors, I highly recommend giving Arova a try. This will be a regular stop for us now.

I had the turkey schwarma on a pita and it was delicious. Like a Middle Eastern version of Subways on steroids....love the interesting toppings of olives, eggplant, roasted onions, etc...food was a five star. Just one crumb too many on my table and floor. Kids ;)
