Always good quality pizza. We order for pick up often. Occasionally, in the past, when we get home, we realize the order has been wrong, with the wrong pizza toppings or size. But it seems to have been better more recently.
Our family loves pizza! We can't get enough but lately we haven't been very excited about any of the pizza places we have gone to until now. This pizza was absolutely fabulous! We got NY style Pepperoni, Buffalo chicken & BBQ chicken in the rectangle (deep dish?). OMG seriously delicious. It's been a week & I'm still thinking about how yummy it was. So easy to order online. It is pricey but the rectangle pizzas are heavy! 1 or 2 pieces & you're full but it's hard to stop eating it. It's that good. The bar has been set high with this pizza.

I LOVE the thick crust pizza and NYorkers are my favs! Only had a texting to order issue this last time. I was trying to retext my order, so it didn't go thru. The 1st person I saw when I came in the store told me the order was at the Parma store 7 min away... haha, its NOT 7 min away. And, I did have the right store. But they made the pizza and I didn't mind waiting, I was messing up the text order, so now I know... Our pizza πwas outstanding π as usual!!πππ
Love this π. Seriously one of the best in town. The Detroit style is super unique and super filling. The 8 corners pizza can easily fill a family of 4 with midnight leftovers. The wait is typically not long, and the people who work there are really nice. Seriously try this pizza, the bbq chicken is π₯π₯.
One of the better "Detroit style" pizza in town. I did however find out that there are different locations that are better than others. I. E. Middleburg Heights versus Parma. Always chose Middleburg location for taste. "Best the Jets" is a great value. Also can mix and match with good amount of toppings.
Had a mix-up on our order, I had to drive 20 mins back to get what was actually ours. They did what it took to make things right...given it was partially our mistake as well, but we will be back. The pizza is way too good not to return π€π»π€π»

We've ordered from them for our church's teen group nearly every week for a year, and in that time, we've only had one snafu and they started taking care of it with me on the phone, zero hesitation.
They are kind, respectful and professional every time we interact and that's not super common anymore.
We went in last month for an early order pickup to find only one employee. That employee single handedly had our order and several other orders ready to go. He had an amazing attitude, smiled at us and chatted with us even though he was hustling like no tomorrow. Stress like that usually results in tense interactions, but not him. I was ridiculously impressed that on top of the orders and customer interactions, the restaurant was clean. It was rad.
By the way, the BBQ chicken pizzas (both kinds) are enough to make a grown woman cry.

Had to write a review because this my first time trying Jets Pizza and i must say it was so dang good! I ordered the 8 corner pep pizza with the Romano crust and i smasheddddd lol. Only thing i would say is i wish the wings was more crispier but they were also good too And the delivery charge of 6 dollars is outrageous but i guess it was worth it since the pizza was so good so yβall get a small pass!
Pizza and wings. Always done well here. They have done an excellent job ever since my first visit here during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Just started coming here a few weeks ago love the team how fast and efficient everything is very professional but I ordered a thin crust and got the deepest juiciest pizza ever lololol not mad the thin crust today made up for it thank you. 12 minutes and I was on my way not free and also didn't say anything about the mess up just really enjoy the energy here keep up the great work.
