I used to do security on the weekends there around 2011 for a couple month's.
Food / fries were hot. It's not consistent when it comes to the fries. The milkshake machine was down. People were nice. Service was slow.
I was going through a training and only had an hour to eat, I went to this mcdonalds and had one of the best experiences. The servers were so nice and the food was amazing. I went there four times during my training and every time was even better than the last.
I’ve been goin to this location periodically for years- and I have to say that todays service was the best I’ve experienced!!! Both lines and windows were operating in the drive thru, the lady was refreshingly pleasant while taking my order (usually I’m barked at by an aggressive crew member). Although it was a bit of confusion with my coffee order, the young lady assisting me in the 2nd window was so patient and sweet while correcting the order. It overall was a great start to my day! Whatever’s goin on up there today- keep it up!!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
The lady who greeted us was so nice!! She asked about our night and made us feel more than welcome. Mcdonalds should be lucky to have her

I normally dont write reviews but I felt the need to act on the compliment I gave to Tensche!! Her voice came over the speaker very kind and clear spoken. She greeted me properly, read my order back to me and she kept that same pleasant energy when I came to the window to make payment. Whatever rewards are given for great customer service, Tensche is deserving of receiving!

I've been going to this McDonald's my whole life, in the 90s and early 2000s it was a chaotic store very busy and the overworked employees did not provide great service. These days however I enjoy visiting the store. The service is worlds better. They are fast and are quick to correct any issues you may have. I've even started going Inside instead of using the drive thru it's always clean and the employees are very attentive. I think this is one of the best McDonald's in Cleveland now.

Admittedly, I've never ordered online for pickup here. I always just use their drive-thru. I've been coming here for years now, usually between around 5pm and 8pm and occasionally late afternoon. Unlike at other McDonald's, the staff here always gets my special order right the first time. They are amazingly quick and efficient, even during the big dinner rush. The food is always hot and delicious. I especially appreciate how polite and friendly the staff is here. I never hesitate to stop here and order whenever I'm nearby. This is one of the best McDonald's I've ever been to. Thank you to their great staff! Also, I usually eat my purchase in my car in their parking lot. The lot is not only clean, but it is extremely well lit, so as a female I feel safe enjoying my meal alone there, even when it's dark outside. As I've noticed at many McDonald's in recent years, they no longer have trash cans outside for their guests, so I am forced to take my bag and food wrappers and drink cup, etc with me to dispose of at home. Even one trash can near the exit like they used to have would be extremely helpful, but that's a minor issue.
The drive threw was fast. The employees taking the order and working at the windows were very nice and friendly.
