Better than what I expected trying to find a polish boy on my trip to Cleaveland. Danny was so nice! He made us laugh, brought us more food fan we asked for, and everything was delicious. We will be back!
Don't walk, run to Jams! Not only is the food amazing and flavorful, but the staff is extremely friendly as well. There's vegetarian options for those staying away from meat as well. Great bang for your buck. You've found yourself a new regular!
We're always on the hunt for new food and found this place near us. So, as an East sider living on the West side BBQ is the hardest thing to find. And along comes J.A.M.S Kitchen to satisfy that craving. The wings and sauce are legit and feels like I'm at Hot Sauce Williams, Whitmore's or Mt. Pleasant... on the Westside!! The people there are friendly and seem to work hard, so that's appreciated. We're so glad we don't have travel far to get a true taste of Cleveland.
Wow, what a welcoming family to invite me into their restaurant! I had the coleslaw, fries wings, rib tips combo and was amazing . Owner even came and checked in on me to see if I was goood! Great experience and thought I would share ! Peace y’all!
Great customer service, clean, always friendly, feels like home, great barbeque feasting and seasoned just right...the homemade tea is the best!!!
I was introduced to JAMS Kitchen 5 months ago and I was taken back by the Owners wiliness to take his time and help customers when they can’t seem to decide what they wanted. Absolutely makes you feel welcome like your family.
Customer service tremendously goes a long way but when you mix the great service with even better food.

The fried chicken was seasoned real well, it has so much crunch.
I’m definitely new to the Cleveland style of eating. The vegetarian polish boy( yes I said vegetarian) was really good. The sauce is actually made in house and is amazing.
My husband and I traveled from an
appointment in Akron to this establishment. It did not disappoint! The owner is very welcoming and the food is excellent. The ribs, Mac and cheese with baked beans are top tier!
Fantastic food! We had ribs that had a great smoked flavor. The BBQ sauce was homemade and was sweet and spicy. Make sure you try his peach tea, it's a must. The owner was very friendly...super nice guy. We will definitely be back.
Big AL never let's me down. I treat myself once or twice a year. I ordered 10 wings with sauce and a ordered of fries.. He dropped them fresh and plenty of sauce.. and the prices are so much better than B and M's....
I wish there were more than 5 stars because JAMS outdid my normal 5 star restaurants. I'm not local to Cleveland, but I hope those of you that are local take advantage of this awesome establishment. All the meat was prepared very well and the sauce was delicious. JAMS juice was the icing on the cake! Truly homemade products and it shows. I assume it was the owner, but the people working there were so friendly and helpful and really cared about my experience and my day. Locals are lucky--enjoy JAMS!!
Owner is very nice and Accommodating. he aims to please. I've been there 2 times and both times my French fries were soggy and cold and the last time my food was all cool, not hot.
This is a great place for some good southern food! The new owner is giving his all to bring happiness to every customer one order at a time! This restaurant is fairly new but the food is so good! The chicken wings were crispy and whole, the Mac and cheese was cheesy and well seasoned! There are other menu items to list but it's best to just check it out! I'll definitely be coming back for more of the sauce and the smoked peach cobbler!

My new favorite place to eat by far!!! Food is always fresh and the portion sizes are amazing. I went once and have been back at least once a week since. Best Polish Boy I've had in years, and the Mac & Cheese rivals my grandma's.
The service was amazing, and the food was spectacular. Could not have asked for anything better. They gave me so much more than what I ordered too. I'll get three meals out of it.

This food was soooo delicious! The macaroni and cheese was made with love. The veggie polish boy tasted just like meat!! I'm almost called, but realized it was a veggie. The wings, catfish, ribs and sides were so good. Thank you Jams Kitchen!
This restaurant is fairly new so give them a chance don’t just go off of what other people say or what use to be there cause this is a new restaurant. The chicken omg whatever they bread their chicken with is absolutely amazing and different. They polish boy I normally don’t eat them but this one I will go back for. But that jam juice, honey that juice will have u feeling right. It’s much more than their food though that will make me return. All the staff is family and they made this restaurant for their mom who is no longer with them. I know she would be proud of y’all. The amount of happiness and smiles you guys have is infectious. Definitely will be coming back.
Just discovered this neighborhood gem. First time there. The owner greeted me when I walked in the door. Got the ribs, catfish, and a Polish Boy to go. Excellent food. Reasonable prices. Locally owned family business.
