First time ordering from this fine establishment, and a lot to say about it too. First it started out by finding it on these review sites, from there we called them up, and talking to the AMAZING owner (seriously top notch, and straight forward). Truly had a FAMILY feel.
Then an hour later we place our order for pickup. We ordered their large spiciest pizza (with the dipping sauce), a large single topping (pepperoni), and a steak and cheese philly. All for 27 bucks #bargainfind
First and foremost I must point out the extremely high level of quality of the ingredients used in ALL of the order.
The spicy pizza was everything you would want if you like spicy wings, truly an amazing mix up of pizza sauce and stellar wing sauce, the quality of ingredients stands out, and the dipping sauce was a perfect amount of heat and flavor, I now have to order their wings with it (next week).
The Pepperoni pizza was probably what I would consider a gold standard that all pizza joints should try to achieve, but usually it costs too much to make a pizza like this, AGAIN quality of ingredients stood out more than anything.
The Philly cheese steak evidently had top quality ingredients as well, however we felt it could of used a little bit more seasoning. Still WOW.
Bottom line: I don't know how this place has fell under the radar for me since it is right down the street, and I have lived here for 3 years now. Time to up the marketing game, because this place should be known (or should it remain a secret..hehehe).
It will now be my GO TO for pizza in Parma Heights.

Great pizza, low cost beer and good service.
Good Pie. This is family run and it shows. The old style pizza oven makes the difference. Excellent old style sausage and the pizza is always good. Only bad thing is they are in Parma and I had to move away. Its the one thing I miss about the city is being so far away from the pizza at paisano's. I miss it!

Pizza is an item that many people see very differently from place to place. For me I look at the location, flavor of the sauce, flavor and quality of the toppings and a great crust not to mention the price for this artistic creation. For this visit I found the pizza to have a great presentation, good amount of toppings and cooked just right, not burnt or undercooked. The crust was probably one of the best I have had in a very long time, perfect crunch and thickness, not overly bearing. The cheese was a good portion, not to much to make it crazy chewy but definitely enough to satisfy. The toppings were fresh and had great flavor, cooked thoroughly and complimented the crust and cheese perfectly. Finally, the sauce - this is the only reason I gave this a 4 star and not a 5. The sauce could have been a little heavier but, the flavor of the sauce was very bland. It didn't grab the taste buds to say "hey, here I am". I think if the sauce was more pronounced it would have been an amazing pizza. Overall I liked the pizza and will definitely go back for more, it is by no means a bad pizza. The location was clean and easy to get to and the owners working in the shop shows their passion for pizza and their dedication to the business. I highly recommend this place to everyone and think they have a good solid pizza.
The first time I visited this place, it was because I was getting pastries. Was not dissapointed. Years later, I am back and it's still as phoenominal as I remember. If it's your first time, get the cheese bread. for how much it costs, the value is insane. Outside of that, the pizza's great. The sauce is flavorful and the crust is nice and crunchy. It is not thin like a new york slice so expect a puffier, fuller crust. As long as you don't expect a NY pie, you'll be happy. Not too greasy, gorgeous pies that pack a ton of flavor. Stop by if you're in the area. Call ahead 30 minutes. You pick up via drive thru at least to today 9/23/2021.

This place is my new fav when I visit Cleveland. Pizza sauce was really good. Lots of toppings and cheese. Antipasto salad was very good with extra dressing which was nice. They even threw in paper plates, napkins and plastic utensils. Even the delivery driver delivered my order with a smile on her face. 5🌟's Will definitely order from them again. Keep up the great work👍
In the area for work and asked the hotel desk what she might recommend for delivery, rain was keeping me from wandering the area. She did not steer me wrong! I went with a small pizza and it was absolutely delicious.
Absolutely delicious neighborhood restaurant. Great portions & always hot and fresh. So much better than any other place around here.

You know it’s good when you pick up your pizza and the lady says “keep it flat”. She doesn’t say “have a nice night” or “enjoy your meal”, she said keep it flat because she knew I was going to have a nice night AND enjoy my meal as long as I kept the box flat. And she was absolutely right! Delicious but I roasted my upper palate, which made it numb and tolerable to devour the rest of my pizza pie. Thanks!
My wife and I recently moved here and have been trying to find a new favorite pizza place. Every pizza I have gotten here has been absolutely delicious. The last time I was there I let the gentleman at the pick up window know how much I love the pizza and he was super friendly. I think he might have been the owner. Anytime we think about ordering pizza this is where we will be going.
Pizza was amazing! Good amount of toppings. Service at the drive thru window was excellent.
Got home from a long vacation and called kind of late before closing. It was too late to take orders, however, he agreed to take my order as I mentioned being tired and really wanting Paisano's. I can't say enough about their service and quality of pizza. HIGHLY recommend.

I have lived down the street for 9 years, but always ordered my pizza from Papa John's. I decided to try this place last week, and it is amazing. It was so good, I called them after I ate to tell them. You can definitely tell the difference between their pizza and a chain pizza. The staff was so nice and friendly. There are so many options. This is my new Friday pizza spot.
Honestly my favorite pizza place ever. I wish them luck in staying open for a long time. I'd hate if they go out of business.
Fantastic Food and service!! Amazing catering! We have used them for many different events from pizza parties, graduation parties, first communion and clam bakes! If you are looking for wonderful food reasonably priced with amazing service - call Paisano's!
one of my favorite pizza spots. i live 30 minutes away and still go there just for the pizza. The owner is a really nice guy. Always super nice when i go there. I have been ordering pizza from there for over ten years. keep up the good work!
My son in law says awesome pizza. I agree. It's my favorite local pizza place. 👍 The wings are pretty darn good too. And I can't rave enough about the chef salad. I love the poppyseed dressing.
My family and I have eaten there twice and can't believe we haven't eaten there more. Very good pizza and wings (with several sauces to choose from). It's all reasonably priced. Plus, it's one of the few pizza places where you can actually dine on the premises. The only thing keeping this from being 5 stars is that I was unaware that their large pizzas are most other places medium size and the restaurant doesn't have air conditioning.
