Everytime my guy takes me here, they are so friendly and the food is AMAZINGLY COOKED!
I'm new to the area and wanted pizza. But after reading all the bad reviews on most of the places here, I opted not to. I found Mr. Hero by accident. I'm glad I stopped. Their food is delicious. The man at the counter was very nice and polite. He was right when he said I would like it. Definitely will be back. π

It's been 34 years since I last had a Roman Burger. I stopped at this location because it was highly recommended. The establishment appeared to be clean and well maintained. I placed my order and I didn't have to wait too long considering there was just one employee on the premises, and there was an order ahead of me. The burger was just as I remembered. It was delicious!

I love this Mr Hero...my food is always quick, fresh, and hot +they have the raspberry chipotle seasoning. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. You can even call your order in which really comes in handy when your in a hurry.
Have been coming to this Mr. Heroes location for 2 decades and the food always taste great. Same family has owned and operated over the years as well.
The food is always good!! Even when I order it online. The people are really nice and attentive. Been coming here for years and as long as the service stays the same I'll come here for many more years to come. π
This is THE ONLY Mr. Heros we go to.. because they always get our order right. Rick, his wife and crew are the greatest!
The food tastes So good and fresh, we most times order a meal for now, and get a meal for later. Roman Burgers, Philly Cheese Stakes, Chicken Pitas, Gyros or any other sandwich you order, you can never go wrong!! Also Rick and his crew give the very best customer service, get you your food pretty fast, and after that, you taste it, love it, and come back for more.. and there's plenty to choose from. SO...Go give Rick a Holla!!

DESERVES 10 STARS .This was my first time getting Mr.Hero ... It was fast speedy service and I felt very welcome! The food was still hot 20 minutes down the road! And tasted AMAAAAZING. I will be returning to this location again.
I have eaten at every Mr. Heros in Cleveland, and by far this is the best in NE. Ohio. The boss Tim is a great guy and takes the time to get to know people by name. Ricky is fabulous and makes it happen. They have a really gracious lady there. One day while I was at work flagging, she drove by and seen me and asked why I didn't come for lunch, I told her we didn't get a break for lunch. So she drove to Me. Heros where she works and got my regular sandwich and brought it to me. That is the kind of great service you will find there.
Decided one day to have a roman burger, hadn't had one in years, it did not disappoint me! Service was great, very friendly.
