A very cool place to relax with children. We were there on a weekday, there were very few people, which is not the case on the weekend, quite a cozy and clean room, a large selection of new and modern gaming machines. My youngest daughter, 4 years old, likes it very much, we have been several times and she is never bored there. Cool and fun mouse, quite friendly and good staff. We took cool photos, won coins, coupons that can then be exchanged for cool gifts. We were there for more than 2 hours, and we still had time. One minus that we didn't like was the pizza and french fries, we would have liked better, but time runs fast there and the children don't even have time to eat. Celebrating a birthday here is a very cool option, and for me the main thing is that parents can really relax, and children get a lot of positive emotions. I recommend it to everyone)))
Went for an early birthday party on a Saturday and it was not crowded at all. The attendants were polite and helpful. They now give key cards with springy wrist bands and they are on a timer. When you earn points/ tickets they are loaded on to your card. They then scan the card to see how many tickets you have to get prizes. The Manager was very friendly and accommodating. The kids enjoyed their time.
Went for a bday party. The food was not as good as other locations and I’m not sure why.
It was really slow when we went, so it was really nice practically having the place to ourselves. Everything seemed to be working and the location was clean! We didn't eat, just played games for an hour to kill some time.

If I could do 4.5 I would. Staff was nice and descriptive. Had a good time playing 2 Minute Drill and eating Pizza. Pizza tasted very yummy. Didn't taste recycled as people would say. And I FOR SURE didn't have to vomit afterwards. Ha Ha, I'm only joking. The place is very clean. I remember before the location got renovated to a Phase 5 Location, it was very dirty, Children's diapers, and disgusting waste was everywhere. I do miss phase 3, but it was VERY dirty. Although, I'm happy the place was clean. And unsanitary ball pits and tubes were removed. I was the star of the show (The Kid as you guys would put it). And the treatment was not bad. Like I said very descriptive. Made sure we had a decent time. My only complaint is that it was a little crowded. Whole daycare classes were in the ShowRoom screaming. If I could improve one thing, it would be to raise the minimum age of the restaurant. Keep everything you currently have, but make it a little more mature. Although, that's probably what you would expect at an All Ages arcade. Other than that, the restaurant was clean, respectful, nice staff, a little crowded, and that's it.
It was my granddaughter birthday she had a blast my other grandkids had a good time too as well and so did I Chuck E cheese is a place where kids love to come play and have fun it was very nice wasn't too crowded so bring your kids to this Chuck E cheese the food was good the drinks was cold I liked it I will be going back
Fine experience overall since I was invited to a birthday party and didn't hace to pay. Can you please intruct the person that dresses as Chuck to be energetic and have engagement with the party-goers.
What a great place I was really down that day and my mom and my daughter all went and I had a great time and my daughter absolutely loved it great staff very friendly!
The interior was clean, 2 pizzas only took 15 minutes to arrive. The 6 Kids had a blast!
It was fun and quite for the time of day we went. For really young children, it's super fun and to see their expression, makes it worth the $41
