Went here on a whim and hoping to try something new. I saw the reviews and I was a little concerned how spicy the food would be. I’ve had Indian food before, but this place had different things listed, from what I have had in the past. The inside was very nice and clean with nice decor spread around the room. The staff was incredibly friendly and courteous. They even brought a plate of naan bread to our table!
We arrived a tad early for the lunch buffet, so we had to wait a little. The food is incredible and I tried so many new things. Best of all, everything I tried was not spicy! So I was able to enjoy everything without hurting my insides. This is my new favorite place and I highly recommend it. :)
Most authentic Indian Food in the capital region. I ordered the beef Vindaloo extra spicy and I have been hooked ever since. It's the only Indian restaurant where the beef doesn't taste like chewy cubed steak like their competitors and the portions are good sized. The owners are very friendly and are appreciative of you coming to their restaurant. It's worth the drive over to Clifton Park. We have eaten there more than 7 times and the experience has always been a delicious one.
Went here today for the buffet. The service was great, the food was all warm and full at all times, and the prices were good. Everybody went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and it was just a really good environment. We will definitely go back soon.
Update: Just went again - the food seemed even better this time!
I like this place because they have an all you can eat buffet that looked good. My wife and I decided to have food off the menu. Their prices on food and drinks are very reasonable. Our waitress was very nice and our food came out hot and fresh. My wife found their chicken Tikka Masala to be spicier than other Indian/Pakistani restaurants we have been to. I liked it because it was spicy and I could tell they didn't use as much if any cream in it. I had their kabab platter, that was good. You could tell their Naan was homemade and was good as well. They do not serve any adult beverages, we actually left the first time we went to use the Groupon because we were craving a frothy beverage. It's kind of hidden, it sits back in an uncommon plaza off rt. 9. We only learned about it because they were on Groupon. They should advertise some how and I think business would pick up. There is a similar restaurant down in Latham that my wife and I love, but if we are in the area and are feeling like having I/P food we will return to this restaurant. Otherwise I love my favorite spot in Latham.
First time review (delivery order): We're a vegan household, and there was plenty on the menu from which to choose, and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. The Aloo Paratha (potato-filled naan bread) was fantastic. The food was delivered to us piping hot and right on time. We will certainly order from Kebab Masala again.
Great food!! The only drawback, they don't serve alcohol. I enjoyed their buffet, sampling many different flavors. I'll surely go back.
