Got the fried chicken salad with no bacon and two blizzards and customer service, the food and overall experience was great. Highly recommend! Food was fresh and everything was great.
Drive thru- told us would be delay on cooked food but brought us the ice cream immediately. Should have waited until hot food ready before preparing ice cream. With that said the food was good and this is the only complaint

We purchased an ice cream cake. It was beautiful and taste great!! The only problem was literally that the cake wasn't ready when I got there. The worker was very friendly and apologized several times. So I ordered lunch for me. By the time my lunch order was done I was getting the cake!! Overall the wait wasn't to bad.

We had prompt and courteous service at the drive through. The meals were individually boxed. Order was correct. Food was tasty and properly prepared.

It was after a long day’s work, I was so tired and wanted to treat myself to a blizzard. Most places do not mix up there ice cream mixtures. I ordered chocolate extreme brownie batter blast…I wasn’t expecting perfection!!! But that’s what I got. Loads of chocolate, well mixed. Perfection lasted to the last spoonful.
Finally somebody got it right!

I am very amazed at the treatment we received at the window. A lady was training a young man, but never skipped a beat.
First off, our order was repeated back to us after we ordered for a family of four, and again at the window.
Second, each order was in a separate bag! 🙌🏾🙌🏾 While traveling on the road, this made things soooo much easier. THANK YOU!!
Oh and my double fudge cookie dough mini blizzard, was on point! (They made me what I asked for) ❤ server name on ticket says, "ACIE L" and the young guy was so sweet making sure we received everything, by double checking.
Called ahead to order a birthday cake for my daughter since this location is drive thru only. The girl I spoke with was so sweet and asked me about colors and what to write on the cake without me saying a word. But when I got there, the lady working the drive thru acted as though I was an inconvenience to her and told me she would try to find it. She was not very friendly. The first young lady I spoke with deserves a 5. The 2nd lady a 3 so hence the 4 star rating.
Their food is mediocre fast food. And customer service could be improved with just a smile. However, their ice cream and desserts are delicious. Whether you get a simple dipped cone, a brownie sundae, or a s'mores blizzard, you can bet it will satisfy your sweet tooth craving!
