I drive a truck so I eat in restaurants a lot all over the country. This is the best family restaurant I know of. Service is great, food is better, and the soup is to die for. Last night I become a regular!!
My grandfather came here for many many years, Donald E Dauen Sr (RIP) and he not only loved the food but the staff as well.

We come here at least once a week. I usually get breakfast no matter what the time. The soups are made fresh every day and they are amazing. Finally, as a good Catholic, I have been to lots of fish fries but Old Towns fish is hands down, the best fried fish I have ever had. I love the food, the people, and supporting a local family business!
Never had a bad experience here. Always get great food, fast and friendly service, and good prices. I recommend the Dublin or Bacon Skillets!
Old Town takes good care of groups requiring more than one table. The waitress are friendly and the food is good.

Their food, service, and all staff is great. We always order to take out, but they are always quick to prepare our order, and while we haven't eaten there, we see the nice, clean eating area.
I love Old Town. They have great food and prices to match. The people are always nice and really friendly. I have never had a bad meal from there. I go every chance I get.

The best Ruben in Clinton! Old Town makes the corned beef for the Rubens fresh everyday. The bread is always soft and grilled to perfection.

Me and my cousin ate here and the waiter was very nice, I got the meat lovers breakfast burrito with hash browns same as my cousin and also two pieces of white toast. They give you a full plate and it was very good! I'll definitely come back here.

Finally went to Old Town after years of hearing about it and years of seeing the big northbound sign. After all the wait and hype, I was not disappointed.
The staff were friendly and helpful. They WERE wearing masks and distancing, at least as much as one could expect from a local establishment around lunch on Easter Sunday.
I ordered the Country Fried Steak with scrambled eggs, hash browns, and rye toast. The steak itself was good, but the frying had that nice cripsness to it. Other places I've had will sometimes have a more mushy breading, so it was nice to know that when my knife had some crunch and resistance I was in store for something above average. Unfortunately, the hash browns weren't quite up to my own standard. Personally I'd prefer a bit more browning and a more thorough cook, but that's just me. That's my own fault for not ordering accordingly.
Mrs. had the Vegetarian Skillet and absolutely loved it. Could not stop raving about how the variety of vegetables were protein loaded and how the flavors all complimented each other.
We will definitely be back to try some of the other takes on the varied menu.
Great coffee,good food and friendly service in a clean restaurant. I want to go back and try lunch!
