The people here are amazing! They are always trying their hardest even when the line was so long. All I have to say is 'good morning' and they know it's me. They were having oven issues one morning, recently; and the manager of the store knew how much I love my cinnamon raisin bagels; so when the order was ready, she drove to my job (which was in the same plaza) and she brought me my order and threw in a donut for me being so patient. I cried and I couldn't stop saying 'thank you' because I was so incredibly thankful. I'd recommend this Dunkin to EVERYBODY!!!!!
Love their frozen coffees. Last week one of their employees told me they don't' make them even though I have been buying for 3 years. CS training needed when you call a customer a liar.
