So today I ordered food for my kids while I was at work. I messed up on the time on the Dominos app and ordered the pizza to early while no one was at home to accept the pizza. I called the store but the Delivery was already sent out. Cara was the carrier and called me on my cell phone. She was very nice and professional I explained to her what I had done and needed the pizza delivered at a later time when my kids would be home, She told me no problem. After she returned to the store with the pizza, someone called me again to find out if there was something wrong with the pizza. I explained to them the error on the time of delivery on the app. They told me that they would make fresh pizza and redeliver to my residence. I have always had great pizza and excellent service from this location. I would like to say thank you for the extra effort to make fresh pizza for my kids and redelivering even though this was all because of an error on my behalf while I was at work..Thank you again..
Can you please remove the bush in the drive thru.It is scratching the cars.

Usually get my pizza from lake Jackson dominos but today was working in the clute area so went ahead and placed an order for pick up. Service was great and pizzas were beautiful couldn’t ask for better.
Called in the order. It was ready when we got there to pick it up. So everyone know they do not deliver for cash over $25 is is a safety issue for their drivers. It doesn't matter how many times you have ordered and paid drivers have a high rate of getting robbed by not the people ordering pizza but but others watching so don't be upset if you only have cash. Make your order and go pick it up.
Service has always been in tip top shape. I received a bread-bowl last night for dinner. Not only was it hot but it was delicious. For once, it wasn't actually burned on the bottom like it has been at other Dominos. Thanks for wonderful service y'all!

I don't know what you guys did at your store, but you got two thumbs up from my seat! This is what I remember Domino's Pizza tasting like! "Fresh ingredients" burst in your mouth with every bite, like it was the first time you ever had pizza, all over again!! Once again "hats off" to you guys for a great job!

Came to this area to go fishing and stopped at this location and placed an online order in the parking lot. The older white HAIRED lady with glasses and the good calf muscles was extraordinary running orders outside back and forth going above and beyond. Thank you for your fantastic service during this pandemic 💓
Never had an issue with the quality of the pizza or the service. I only order carryout so I cannot speak for their delivery service. But, my pizza has always been hot, correct, and well made.

Specialty Pizza's are great but they can be a bit "Skimpy" on the meat & Veggies on other Pizza's like the 2 or 3 Topping Deals.. I try to only order Specialty Pizza's. I did have an empty box delivered one time & have issues ordering Pizza's online when a coupon is avail. The site will only allow Small Pizza's, even when it's an "Any Size Pizza Special". Other than that, Great Service & Pizza's
Ordered some pizza from them, with a special request. Not only did they do it but they went over the top. Highly recommend this establishment, fast delivery, great pizza!
Best Pizza in town. Their always nice and will fix your order right away if something is wrong!
