Love slow and low. The food is so amazing and the staff have always been good, but our waitress yesterday was the best waitress I have ever seen. Her name is Lanie (not sure about the spelling). You can request to sit in her section and I highly recommend you do. I recommend slow and low BBQ all day ever day. Thank you Slow and low and Lanie for making my ?8 birthday dinner the best.
We used Slow & Low’s to cater our eighty-person wedding at Beach Place Guesthouses in Cocoa Beach. They brought it, set it up, cleaned up - all perfectly! The apps and food were delicious. Ribs and chicken, mac and cheese, beans with bacon, potatoes, slaw, and yummy sauces. They also provided apps (cheese trays, meat balls, fish dip, etc.). Our guests could not believe the food selection and quality. We had many gluten-free options. The key lime pie for dessert was the favorite. It was so good that did not buy a wedding cake. Our guests raved about the food and service. We added service to the catering; so Slow and Low’s had two servers serve the buffet and clear all of the plates, then serve the dessert table-side. It was very well done. Slow and Low’s also coordinated with a china vendor to provide plates/silverware/etc. Their prices were great – much better than stuffy boring wedding food. We just ate leftovers today and could not be happier. Thank you!
Awesome meal! Was so good to find gluten free BBQ available, especially for brisket and ribs. They were fall off the bone tender and delicious! Highly recommend it after a fun day in the sun!

We visited for the first time last night for dinner the food was great and you definitely get your money's worth our waitress was super friendly and the kids loved getting a balloon animal we will definitely come back again

Wowwwwwww. First time in this place and want to return again. Best slow and smoke food in Cocoa Beach. Ribs was out of this world, so tender and delicous. Our group tried a lot of things of the menu and this place has 10 stars for me. Also the staff super friendly and very servicial. You will see that they love this place with all the heart. This will my new place to eat every time i visit cocoa beach. Certainly today i will dream about that heavenly food.
Brisket was tender. The meat on the ribs fell of the bones easily which made the experience enjoyable. There was a variety of sauces to choose. I enjoyed the cornbread more than I thought I would. The BBQ sauces was okay. Personally, I like my BBQ sauce a bit thicker with a bolder taste (e.g. Rufus Teague). The ones here weren’t thick, but it was okay consistency. Service was great. Decor was interesting. Overall, it was a good experience.
Biggest darn Baby Back ribs I've ever seen. Sooooo good. Meat was perfect. Came off the bone with little effort. (What smoked meat should be.)

Food was delicious. Had the pulled pork entree with coleslaw and green beans. Pulled pork was fantastic as was the coleslaw and cornbread muffins that come with the entree. Six different bbq sauce options. If you like bbq, highly recommend when in Cocoa Beach.
Was recommended this by a local I was chatting to in a bar. The food and service was excellent. The waitress gave me brisket on my order free of charge.
My only issue was the soda drink used the local water which tastes aweful.

I've been going to slow n low for years. Every time I go back I try something new and I have never been disappointed. The white gummy snacks shot and the g-spot shot are both delicious! The sweet fire wings are always amazing, it's what got me hooked on this place! The ribs are absolutely perfect! Perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked, and you have plenty of choices for barbecue sauce. You cannot go wrong with them or anything at this restaurant!
Really good BBQ in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. We chose to eat inside, but most patrons selected the large patio (really a part of the building just open on two sides).
Eating inside on a late Saturday afternoon allowed us to enjoy a quiet meal, served quickly by friendly staff. I had the Exploding Potato -a fully loaded baked potato with BBQ brisket meat. Spouse had the early bird brisket plate. Delicious!
The decor was kitchy and fun. They have the side of an RV as the back wall- looks like it is parked right up against the building.

Low humidity, cool breeze from the north, too tempting to stay away from Slow & Low and so we went. Had a great dinner on the patio in the afternoon breeze: Ribeye steak with garlic mashed potatoes, perfectly cooked and the Colossal Brisket sandwich on Texas garlic toast. We were stuffed silly! Thank you Kayla for outstanding service. We will be back!
A little too hot to sit outside today, so we did carry out. OMG, my wife and I split the 1lb Brisket along with a dozen corn bread muffins and it was so good I wanted to cry...
We finally decided to return here now that they have outdoor seating and were pleasantly surprised. Of course we are not big fans of barbecue, so along with our drinks we ordered BURNT ENDS and POTATO SKINS from the 'Bites' menu, along with 6 pc. Cornbread Muffins. The Burnt Ends were as incredible as described (barbecue meat candy), the mini Cornbread Muffins were just right and the Potato Skins were okay (sorry, we compare all potato skins to the ones we used to get at Ashleys in Rockledge, and no one has still ever come close). Of course the service (Ben) was impeccable and the prices were downright affordable. My wife and I managed to fill up on what we ordered, with leftovers. We will definitely return here again, but when there is more of a wind than a breeze, as the outdoor seating is bordered by hedges which provide shelter for a variety of biting bugs which come out when the breeze dies (hence the 4-stars). But all things considered, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and look forward to a 5-star visit on a breezier day when we will try the BBQ Brisket Sandwich and the Ribeye Steak, since the Burnt Ends were so very yummy!
Over the years Slow&Low has become a local favorite. Pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. Nice bar area. Outdoor patio seating. It's a good place to go for a casual evening out for dinner and drinks. The food is good, portions sizes are full but pricing is a little higher then expected.
The one complaint that I had was food temperature. I ordered takeout last time I was there. I brought the food back to where I was staying (about a mile away), put the dinners on the table, and we all found the food good but cold. Sure, it was about 15 minutes from pick up to serving but the food should not have been cold by then. I was not just room temperature but actually almost refrigerator cold in spots. It was a little disappointing to have to do some quick microwaving.
Overall though the food was good and staff was nice.
Absolute Gem. We read a few reviews and as always I trusted the google reviews so we tried this place and OH MY GOD. best best best place to get BBQ. Everything tasted delicious. We got everything fully loaded and I don't think I can tell you how massive our food was haha. I definitely recommend this place. super friendly staff and super delicious food. What else do you need?
The BBQ Nachos were out of this world. I think they're the best I've ever had. The deep-fried jalapenos on top are a game changer! Great service too!
This one blind sided me. The food was that good. Try the sweet BBQ sauce. Service was ok. Might choke on your meal before a refill arrives and or is discussed. so pace yourselves. You will die happy though.
Best BQQ my husband and I have ever had. My husband is a chef and what he prepares is outstanding but even he will admit that the meats here are phenomenal. Prices decent, service decent.
Was a little apprehensive going in as the establishment is well worn. But it didn’t matter because the food was so outstanding.
