Great food, drinks, prices, atmosphere and AMAZING service. I HAVE FOUND MY NEW FAVORITE PLACE IN COCOA BEACH!! As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a smile and beautiful decor. Our server(s) Annie & Margaret were so kind and helpful from start to finish! Between the beautiful wood carvings behind the bar and the ceiling that is painted like the sky with eye catching chandeliers its hard to take your eyes off of the beauty around you. The menu has options for everyone - surf, turf, and everything in between. They have lots of drink options from the bar and at a very reasonable price. My favorite time is HAPPY HOUR 3 PM-7 PM. Drinks are super affordable and they have HAPPY HOUR FOOD as well! and who can forget it's within walking distance from the beach!! I think Im in love!
So I've been driving past this place for some time now and I must say I am impressed. The prices aren't too bad and the food was so delicious. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and omg talk about juicy and seasoned to perfection. And I got the sweet potato fries and they were so crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I loved every bit of it. My hubby ordered the regular burger and he loved his too. The fries, not so much, but he loved the sweet potato fries as well. We also ordered the fried green tomatoes and mmmmmm mmmm good. Definitely will be going back. Not to mention our server was so pleasant and nice. I wish I remembered her name. But she's super sweet. I wish I took a picture of the tomatoes but they went in my belly too fast lol.

This place was amazing. Just happened to find it because super Bowl Sunday everything around our hotel was packed so we decided to try this place and service was awesome and food well I was so delicious I didn't want to have to take any home but I did there was no way I could eat it all will definitely go back from Jacksonville Florida
Got steak salad and Fried green tomato BLGT. Catch of the day BLT and coconut shrimp. Everything was fab. Our waiter Jason was amazing! Highly recommend.
Food and service were excellent. Steaks both prepared absolutely correct to our order. Coconut shrimp were excellent. Environment a bit dark, but not too noisy. Beer menu a bit lacking if you enjoy craft beers, also no remarkable tequila. Did order a couple of rum punch drinks, which were tasty. Would recommend, will definitely go back.
The guy at the front desk of the hotel we were staying at recommended this for dinner. As a lot of other reviews state it was not very busy at all. Our waitress was very nice. Ordered drinks to start and those were great and reasonably priced. The dinner rolls that they serve are amazing! We ordered everything from chicken fingers, a burger and a grilled chicken dinner. Everything was good. My only complaint would be that they didn't clear dirty dishes off the table. After a couple drinks and appetizers the table was kinda full. All in all I would probably come back again.
We had an awesome dinner meal here. Our server was great. The rolls before dinner were amazing. My steak was cooked perfect and served really quickly, even on a busy night. Our dessert of carrot cake was excellent as well. This place is slightly off the road but WELL worth it. We really enjoyed this place and will be back again on our next visit.
AWESOME food and service. Our waitress Jennifer went above and beyond. The grilled shrimp, sweet potato fries and mashed sweet potatoes were delicious. BEST of ALL were the yeast rolls with flavored butter. Serving sizes were very generous and prices were reasonable!!! I'll Definitely recommend this place and come back the next time I'm in Cocoa Beach.
Awesome staff, great service! Started out here before our cruise and had good drink specials and food. Loved the chocolate mousse cake! Came back from the cruise and decided to stop here again. They remembered us as soon as we walked though the door. Remembered our drinks and all! Check this place out if you are in the area.

We were in Florida for a week - after Christmas. We decided, on the spur of the moment, to drive from our "home base" to Cocoa to the Ron Jon Surf Shop, since it never closes, not even on New Year's Eve.
80 miles later, we decided we were hungry and needed a good dinner before our shopping trip. Googling "steakhouses in cocoa" brought us to Backwoods Steakhouse, and boy, oh, boy, was it a delight.
We walked in about 90 minutes before closing, and the hostess told us our wait would be about 20 minutes. She was wonderfully polite and asked if that would be okay. We wondered if it meant they would rush us out of there, and she assured us that they would treat us as well as a customer who came in early in the evening.
She wasn't wrong. While we were among the last diners to finish a truly delectable meal, we were never made to feel that we needed to pack it up and get out of there. The food was excellent -- my filet melted in my mouth. Even a little over five months later, I still remember that evening , and that meal, with a smile. It was a great one, and anyone who wants a great steak in Cocoa Beach should make a beeline for Backwoods Steakhouse.
Had great dinner at restaurant with 22 people tonight. Patrick did a great job dealing with our group himself. Ribeye was cooked excellent and very tasty. Would definitely suggest this restaurant next time you are in town. We did make reservation in advance and table was ready upon arrival. The meal from start to end did take 2 hours which is acceptable with the quality of food and number of people in our group. Thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant and will not hesitate to suggest it again.
The food and drinks were excellent. Waitress was great. Place was clean as a whistle. I highly recommend it. I had the rib-eye steak cooked to perfection. She had the shrimp appetizer. Dinner was a filet and lobster tail with Mac and cheese. She said it was perfect.
Food and service was excellent. I had the blackened shrimp with a baked sweet potato. The salad to start was crispy lettuce, fresh tomatoes, carrots, croutons and home made ranch dressing .Everything was 5 star. The decor could use a face lift, but as far as the food goes, I'll be back!
Want to give a big shout out to Annie (hope I remembered that name right)our waitress today. She was on time! Also the food was excellent I got the rib eye and it was cooked perfectly and the flavor was to die for. It practically melted in my mouth. We actually left a restaurant and came to this one… thank God for that! Everyone should try it. Although a tad pricey it was well worth it. Now I got left overs for breakfast 😁
