I love this restaurant! Their food is always amazing, you get more than what you pay for and I would suggest this restaurant as my first choice to anyone wanting authentic Mexican food! Mexican food is my absolute favorite food and this is my favorite place to get it!

Best Chile Rellenos I have ever had. We went in recently on Cinco De Mayo...place was packed but that didn't upset the service...which was great. And the food was just as good. Their margaritas are pretty darn good also!

I really liked this chapperal grill restaurant. Close to home and decided to see what there taco Tuesday was like. Very impressed.....2$ tacos loaded with meat and fixings. I fed 3 of us last night for 23 $...not to shabby.

Delicious food. Excellent service. We had a group of 9 (many on separate checks) which I know isn’t easy. Service was *excellent* Such a treat to have a SEPARATE, DETAILED gluten free menu. Our waitress Maria is just wonderful— kind, attentive, and funny. I’m so thankful for my experience here.

I had gone there years ago and was not impressed but, on my sister's suggestion, decided to give this place another try. What an improvement! So nicely decorated inside. The food was very tasty. The quacamole appetizer came in a little taco bowl and was topped with chopped tomatoes and onion. Yum! The server was attentive and friendly and overall we had a great meal. I will definitely go back and try other dishes.

A good Mexican restaurant in the Cocoa area. This is located along the west side of US1 about a mile south of SR 528. It is a stand-alone building with most of the parking located to the north and south of the building. The entrance is facing the road. When you enter you are greeted by a hostess and seated. The restaurant's interior is cozy and welcoming. It has a charming, rustic vibe with a mix of Mexican and Cuban decor elements, which adds to its character. The decor is a tile floor, comfortable booths, and wood tables lining the walls and in the center of the room. The food is a fusion of Mexican and Cuban cuisine, which makes it unique. The menu offers a variety of options to cater to different tastes. The flavors are authentic, and the portion sizes are pretty large. We were seated quickly and the waitress was friendly and efficient. In summary, Chaparral offers a delightful dining experience with accessible parking, delicious fusion cuisine, friendly service, and a cozy atmosphere. It's a great spot to explore novel flavors while enjoying a casual meal. For more information and reviews, you can check out local listings or restaurant review websites.

Delicious food, great place with beautiful decor, and those little green and white candies on your way out are KILLER!! This was our second time here, and we drove about 45 mins just to get there!

We arrived and was able to get our orders placed just before the dinning room filled with people. The place became a packed house! The food was really, really good. Service from Rebecca and Margarita was exceptional. Orders were perfectly cooked, and our drinks were never empty. The restaurant is really cool, authentic looking Mexican decor. There is plenty of parking. Bathrooms were large, handicapped accessible and very clean. The portions sizes were huge, prices were very good for the service, portions and quality we received. Definitely will return in the future.

We had a party of fifteen on Sunday night. The staff was so accommodating for our Christmas gathering. The food was delicious! Our waitress, Tonya, took great care of us and was fun to boot! I highly recommend Chaparral for great Mexican food.

The food and service were amazing! Everyone we talked to was pleasant. We never asked for refills they were just there. I tried fried ice cream for the first time. I have missed out on this gem my whole life. 🙂 The margaritas were also great! Will definitely be going back

Chaparral Mexican restaurant what's recommended by an acquaintance. We were promptly seated and brought chips & salsa. The checks were warm crispy and light and the salsa seem to be house-made. Very refreshing. I chose the carne asada tacos with refried beans and rice. The taco came in a corn tortilla. I usually prefer flour but this was very good. The tortillas are made in-house as I later learned. The steak was well-seasoned and the tacos were traditionally made. Being a fan of Mexican dishes, prepared in places like Arizona, New Mexico or Texas where beans and rice always have a lot of flavor, the beans and rice at Chaparral came a Little closer to being flavorful than other restaurants in the area. Not bad on the prices and the atmosphere was nice. Try it out!
