This is my fave coffee shop in College Station. They make some of the best coffee and pastries. Sam and Anel (owners and Chef) are some of the best people. Love this place.

Loved this place. We went with a group of nine people and everything we ordered was wonderful. Their coffees, breakfast croissants and cinnamon rolls were all awesome. The latte art was very fun, too. Highly recommend.
I had the pleasure of enjoying one of your delightful honey lemon macarons today. The best I’ve ever had! Just perfect! The carrot cupcake was delicious as well. I also enjoyed a latter. So yummy! I’m sad I live 3 hours away or else I would be visiting here as often as I could!
I visited 1541 Pastries and Coffee this morning after viewing pictures of some exquisite coffee-foam artwork posted by a few friends. I must say that it was well worth the trip. While the location leaves a little bit to be desired (it is tucked away on the corner of a small shopping center behind Wal-Mart, 1808 Brothers Blvd, Ste H), this is most definitely a hidden gem that I'm not sure enough people know about.
The coffee and pastries easily rival Starbucks in taste and quality, but the prize-winner here is the service. Not only were the baristas genuinely sweet and attentive (they even bring your order right to the table), but I watched as the artwork was meticulously crafted atop my morning coffee. I have to say that I relished every second with a smile on my face, and the finished product did not disappoint (I'm sure you saw the picture).
Local businesses need our support and this is one to keep around. Share this with everyone you know and then go get yourself a coffee!

What a cozy spot to sit to chat or study. Great pastries and I LOVED my brown sugar vanilla latte with beautiful artwork on top! So much fun!

I loved this place. From the looks of it it is run by two people and they so a great job! This place isn't like a starbucks so expect to sit and relax for your drink and food. The place it simple and, being behind a walmart, very nice. Definitely going here again!
My first visit, small and cute little business. My husband had the croissant breakfast sandwich and I had 2 orange cream macaroons. Flavors popping with every bite. This little jem is waiting for your own experience.
It's become our ritual for my husband to order me a chai tea latte from 1541 whenever I am sick or feeling down. We live across the street so we come here a lot! The macarons are lovely and I love all the unique flavors. Never had a rude employee either. This place is the best.

This place was awesome. We had the pleasure of meeting Sam, who is one of the most genuine and nicest guys you'll meet. My daughter and I visited there this morning. She had a regular iced black coffee and I had a cappuccino. Both were great! We both enjoyed one of their amazing cinnamon rolls. Delicious! If you're looking for a cool place to have coffee and pastries in College Station, you'll not want to miss this place. Be sure to ask Sam and Anel about how they came up with the name of their business. He was so gracious to share the story with us. Super nice people! I will definitely visit again when I go back to College Station!
