Ordered food last night near closing time. I checked to see that the status of the delivery was completed. I called at closing wondering if someone else took my food, and the guy on the phone made a mistake but said the delivery would be coming soon. He was apologetic and very kind. The lady showed up and apologized how she got a rush of orders last minute too and was very kind. These are the people who are very nice, and above a normal customer service for food. Also, the sub is awesome!
Jimmy John's is a guilty pleasure for me. I don't do a lot of carbs, but a good sub is hard to beat, and these guys make good subs. They have an over-stuffed version of one of their sandwiches, which I tried once. I couldn't finish it. Their regular sandwiches are ample and tasty. The College Station store is clean and comfortable. The service was fast and friendly.
I had the best experience with the jimmy johns crew tonight! I called pretty close to closing for a delivery and the staff was super friendly and didn’t seem to mind it being late at all. The delivery was fast and the food was delicious.
Of course i received my order super fast, but made exactly how i wanted and the delivery guy was very pleasant. I love love love jimmy johns. Keep up the good work!
