This place slaps!!!!! All the local pizza places start to slack after a while. This is the first place where every time I order, its consistent. The staff has always been polite & friendly towards me. And the food is 10/10. Pasta, stromboli, mozz, onion rings, fries, pizza its all AMAZING. Highly recommend
Cheesesteaks were very good. Only issue, redeemed 6 magnets for free cheeze pizza... they wouldn't issue new magnets for the 7 cheesesteaks we bought tonight??? If they were separate visits we'd have a free pizza coming but since they were redeemed while we were purchasing they won't issue. Lesson learned, but stupid thought process...you just irritated a customer that spent almost $100 on cheesesteaks because we made the mistake of buying while redeeming.
This place is unquestionably one of the tastiest place to eat in the area. Whenever I go there I am awfully pleased. They maintain their very high standard service and the highest level of meals they provide. You surely will enjoy this this place. Warmly recommended.

We just moved to the area and Palermo's is across the street from us. We're went our first night in town and have been back several times. The food is good, we have had their pizza and salads I recommend both. We haven't wanted to try anywhere else and there is an italian restaurant on just about every corner here.
My favorite of the Palermo's is the Phoenixville location. But everything here was good as well. The place seemed a bit empty; hopefully they are busier on certain days and at other times.
I recommend the salads here; I'm partial to the Spinach Salad and the Israeli Salad.
