Surprised my husband for his 30th birthday and took him to this place. It has a very relaxing atmosphere. Everyone is so pleasant. The food was absolutely amazing, so good we forgot to take a picture! If you’re looking for amazing service and wonderful food, this is your place!

This place is a gem!! My husband and I had a wonderful meal here last night. The food was phenomenal and service was outstanding. We will definitely be back. My only regret was that I finished all of my food at the restaurant, so I had no leftovers to enjoy today!

Outstanding meal! Had a busy day of errands and shopping in Philly and needed a good meal. Decided to check out Collingwood on the way home. Sapori was just what we were looking for. Just remember Collingwood is a dry town so bring some wine with you (next time).

We have been coming here since it opened in 2003. The food has maintained the highest of quality and presentation through all those years and through the pandemic. Chef/owner Franco, still handsome w/a touch of gray, warm and gracious to all his guests makes an evening at Sapori always unforgettable. We cannot praise this restaurant highly enough. It's been our go-to place for years for the best in home-style, upscale Italian food. Never disappoints.

We went to Sapori tonight for my sons 40th birthday celebration. Our waiter ; Brian , was wonderful! We had 3 small children with us and he took the time to befriend them and make them comfortable. The food was excellent. I am a big fan of lamb and lamb chops and I was lucky enough to find that there was a lamb “special” on the menu this evening. It was honestly the best lamb I have ever eaten and the portion was huge! Kudos to the chef! We will be back! Thanks for a wonderful birthday experience!

Two times I've eaten here and both times my meals were very good. You can tell this is different cooking compared to the other generic Italian restaurants in this area. I'm pretty sure anything you order from the menu would be good. I had the squash with sausage cascette pasta and it was delicious, coupled with the veal limone. Veal could have been a little more tender, but overall excellent taste. I'm an avid cook and appreciate the process this place puts in their dishes. Highly recommend.

I came here recently with my hunny for our anniversary. Now we all know collingswood has so many Italian restaurants that its become a meme at this point, ranging from bad pizza to good pizza to casual to pretentious. This one is none of those - and its the best one I've tried so far. First, we had a reservation and were seated right away. More than can be said of a lot of places around here. It was a humid evening but the patio was lovely. Our server was efficient and generous with the bread. Never once left us empty handed The food was incredible. To start out the calamari was some of the best i've ever had. That was followed by veal in a lemon butter sauce. the veal was tender and juicy, and the sauce was perfect. Zesty. I would have drank a glass of it. The mrs had the gnocci in a veal/pork/beef ragu which she was blown away by. We finished off the evening with gelato and cheesecake. Overall, an excellent experience and the perfect ending of our first year of many ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have lived in Collingswood my whole life and I cannot believe how long it took me to come here. OMG. I would come back just for the creme brulé. Its the best I've had outside of New Orleans. The food was not the Italian that I'm used to. I carefully researched the menu and all of the pictures before I went. My dad and I shared the veal platter and the special of the day which was rabbit. It was my first time eating rabbit and it was delicious. I didn't like how many bones there were but that's not the restaurants fault. I also felt like their appitzer portions were too small. Delicious but tiny. I would come back here for sure! Edit: 01/28/2020 I came here a few weeks ago and forgot to update. This place is still just as amazing as the first time. Im obsessed. We tried the beef carpaccio and it was out of this world. Edit 01/03/22 Once again Sapori has out done themselves. My dad wanted to take us to a nice dinner so I chose here. They started with the bread. They no longer have that pate but oil instead. I much prefer the oil. Then we tried the two appetizers on the specials menu. Pork belt and the ox tail. I was expecting to like the pork belly better but the ox tail blew me away. My dad got the pork chop special. My gram got the Maiale Alle Mele. I got the Scallopine di Vitello. My brother got the tortellini and my other brother just had spaghetti with meat sauce. Everything was amazing. The tortellini wound up being everyone's favorite surprisingly. We all had a cappuccino. We each got our own dessert. For chocolate souffles and one pistachio Panna cotta. The pistachio kind of looked like a flan consistency but the texture was different than flan and everything was delicious than anything. We only come here once awhile because it's a price but we are never disappointed. I love this restaurant.
