We were a party of 7 ladies. First visit and we will go back. Loved our waitress. Loved the food. Loved the building . Very happy with all of it The seafood was very tasty and they give you free coleslaw and turnip greens and hushpuppies. The bread pudding was really sweet and good. I had fried shrimp and fried catfish and loved it. We go to Collins twice a year for our girls get together and it will l be a new tradition to go to eat at the Salem Opry House each trip.

My to-go order was ready when I got there. It was hot, fresh & delicious. All the condiments I needed were in my to-go order also. I have eaten at the restaurant too. Good food & good service!
The food and service never disappoints! The BEST fish, turnip greens, and hushpuppies we've ever eaten. But you've got to try the shrimp, oysters, and stuffed crabs too, sooo good.�

The decor is amazing. The food is great and the amount of food served to you will blow your mind. The prices are very reasonable. I had hush puppies, cole slaw, turnip greens( best I have ever tasted), fried crab claws, 12 pieces of catfish filets, baked potato, and 3 glasses of the best sweet tea. (No I didn't eat it all). The price. $38.00. Can not be beat and I have eaten at a lot of fish houses around this country and this ranks as one of the best. Treat yourself and family if you live within 100 miles, take a ride and enjoy dinner.

Turnip greens, coleslaw and hush puppies are starters and can easily fill you up. Catfish is good and portions are large. Our server Marilyn was excellent and very attentive.
Always friendly service. The fried fish is the best. They have great "fixins" too such as coleslaw, hushpuppies, and turnips. They do also offer boiled shrimp, crabcakes, fried oysters, and baked salmon.
