We ate here 6-23-17, the service was great our waitress was awesome. The food was so good, the wedge salad was the best I've ever eaten, if we ever pass through again we will for sure eat here again. Price was very reasonable. There deserts are so good. The bread you get while waiting for your food was so good, fresh from the oven.
Excellent food, service and menu choices! Drew was an awesome waiter! We loved it! First time here!

We dined here on 10/03/2017. As usual, the service and food were excellent. The staff is always courteous and we had never had a bad meal. If we order steak, we have never had to send it back to have it prepared the way we ordered it as opposed to other steakhouses.
We give the establishment an A+!!!
Good service, good food...the only thing really to complain about was that the lettuce in our salad had frozen pieces to it so I couldn’t eat it since my teeth are sensitive to cold. I wasn’t there for the salad though so really didn’t care.
Service from waitress was amazing! She was a huge help with menu. And offered excellent advise food was hot and excellent. Had 17oz T Bone with there recommended topping. Outstanding. Will definetely go again. Me and my friends
Always amazing food. My fiance has never been and he decided to order the largest steak that they offer ( the pourterhouse) and he was in love, his eyes rolled to the back of his head lol. A bit pricey for sure, but well worth it.
Food was great and the waiter was even better. This was our first visit to Co Springs and the waiter made us feel at home.
Excellent! My wife and I visited the Academy and Jamboree Saltgrass on Friday evening 6/9/17. This was my fourth visit to tis restaurant and honestly I’ve never been impressed with the food or the service. I am originally from east Texas and I’m pretty picky about my steak and after 3 underwhelming trips to Saltgrass I was never intending to give them any more chances. However, we received a gift card as thank you gift and so we went. In short it was great. Kerra was our waitress and she was outstanding. I ordered the 16 oz. ribeye and my wife ordered the 12 oz. ribeye. The salad, baked potatoes and steaks were very good. Kudos for the positive changes that have obviously been made to improve the service and food quality at this location!
Wow this place was delicious! Steak was cooked perfectly as ordered, tortilla soup was tasty and the fried pickles were crispy! Everything was so good and our server was incredibly nice and attentive. Sat outside with our dog as this location is dog friendly on the patio!

Salt Grass Steak House is a first class Steak House. They are located just south of the Air Force Academy on Jamboree, easty access getting in and out of the restaurant.
I was having a client lunch today for some young buyers that just bought their new home.
Lunch was fantastic, the steaks were perfectly prepared. We started with fresh salads, bread and drinks. I look for the loaded baked potatoes or sweet potato fries when I come to Salt Grass Steak House.
Monique, our server, was friendly and helpful in describing how things are cooked, and complimentary items to go with our meals. She was attentive to fill drinks, clear dishes, and get our takeout boxes ready go.
I appreciated the military discount, having served 20 plus years in the Air Force; a little love is always appreciated.
We didn't have room for dessert, but their carrot cake is excellent.
Today there was a financial presentation in the back dining room. This is a great restaurant for meetings, holidays, or family celebrations.
My wife Lacene and I look forward to Date here this Friday Night. Dinner was great Terri did a great job with us on a busy Friday night.
I highly recommend Salt Grass Steak House to anyone visiting Colorado Springs, or just a fun night out.
This place is dynamite! The food, service and atmosphere are all 5 stars!! The prices are a bit steep, though. We checked out their website before we decided to try this steakhouse out. The prices on the website were $10 to $15 less than actual in restaurant prices. Felt a little "bait and switch" but the food was delicious. Personally, I would return and can recommend it.
Excellent lunch choice in Colorado Springs. Wonderful fresh loaf of bread. Steak from lunch menu with a baked potato. Loaded potato soup. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Amazing food, particularly the steaks. Great appetizers, or new favorite is the queso with brisket. Delicious!

Had a business lunch for a party of 10. Our server was Mason & he was awesome! The food was fantastic, the music was great. Mason was knowledgeable about how the food is prepared & we never had to ask for refills. Will definitely be back!
Absolutely delicious!!!! In town for the week and this was exactly what I wanted. A delicious steak with all the good sides! Skylar was amazing! That girl works her butt off and continues to smile!

It was an amazing meal. I had the salmon Oscar, and my husband had the Gulf Coast steak and shrimp. The meald was so delicious and tender when you put it in your mouth. It wasn't the dinner rush busy yet, so the atmosphere was cool and not as hectic. Our waitress was nice and polite, but as she had other tables, she had others helping out in bringing our items to our table. The staff was very nice and accommodating.
Amazing service and our steaks were perfectly cooked as requested. Our waiter was on point came and checked on us periodically made sure our drinks were full. It was pretty busy we had an hour wait and still had great service. We had a table of seven with small children and they enjoyed the bread and nachos while we waited for our food. Our first time here from Texas and we definitely recommend the steaks here.
We came it close to closing and it was our anniversary, we had just put the kiddos to bed and rushed over. The server was so sweet and not upset at all. We got our food fast and it was delicious. Thank you for making our night so wonderful!
Simply put- "might be the best cut of meat I've had in this town". We've eaten here several times in the past, but this time - the steak was exceptional. Ribeye cooked perfectly, tender and flavorful. Balance of the meal was good - the service was excellent..
This is my new favorite after tonight’s dinner. The salmon Oscar was so delicious and full of flavor. The Cajun ribeye was also very good and seasoned to perfection. Our waitress was so kind. Oh I can’t forget their ranch is very good. Will definitely be back
The food is delicious. They start you off with a warm loaf of bread and butter. The blue moon on tap is really good out of their ice cold mugs. The service was great. My server was nice. It is a steak house, so expect it to cost as such. I would pay the same price again if I was wanting a steak and beer.

Ended up going when it was quiet and near the end of the day, staff was beyond friendly!! Super attentive and very kind. Drinks were SUPER strong which I am not complaining :D over all very welcoming and the food was amazing. A little pricey yes but you get what you pay for. 10/10 would recommend again!!
