The food is always hot and fresh, I can also count on the quality of the food being reliable, to the best of standards. Not like some restaurants where you find a lot of fat, you actually get the meat. It seems like the owner/owners take pride in the making of they're food.
Anything on the breakfast menu is delicious, don't forget the different salsas...they are homemade and always fresh.
My favorite is the Chicken Enchilada plate it's full of flavor and very filling. My youngest son LOVES the Carne Asada Fries. There isn't anything we haven't tried that we didn't like.
Get a large Horchata because you will wish you had if you didn't. It has the right amount of cinnamon to this sugary rice beverage.
I found the employees to be friendly and helpful when it came to any discussions regarding food and services.
As long as El Super Taco stays open our family will continue to eat there.

We are from San Diego, CA and let me tell you, no one in Colorado makes Mexican food right. It's more texmex. This place took me back. I took a bite of my carne asada supreme burrito and flashed back to my youth. Thanks for opening here in Pueblo, Co. Please don't ever leave.
Love the new decor. Food is always great. Carnasada fries is our go to lunch. Go early cause the place is packed at lunch time.

Wow! I just ordered a steak and potato burrito and added beans and cheese. They not only made my order right, they packed it full. It was one of the best burritos I've ever had, and I grew up on mexican food. Even my little picky eaters loved their burritos. Can't wait to try other menu items.

This place is probably the closest to best Mexican food you'll get in Colorado!!! Colorado had crappy Mexican food!.... But this place, has good food and they make they're own flour tortillas and there salsa is actually HOT!

We love it. My wife of 29 years is from Mexico and this is the FIRST Mexican restaurant we have eaten at that she approves. Not exactly authentic Mexican, but very enjoyable. Lots of food for a great prices.
I'm from the East Coast where Mexican restaurant choices are pretty slim, so my experience with Mexican restaurants is limited. I can make Mexican (burritos, tacos, enchiladas, etc.) at home better than most local restaurants. The menu here included many items that I've never tried and some I've never heard of. As I enjoyed my meal I looked over the menu and wondered how many times I would have to come back so I could try everything. One table near me was complaining about everything, especially how the food ran together. Everybody else in the place was obviously very happy with their meals. This is how Mexican food is served! Look at the pictures. That's one of the nicest things about zomato - the photos aren't doctored up advertising pieces; they are real photos by real people of the actual plates. What you see is what you get. Enjoy.

Service was friendly and very helpful. Ordered enchilada plate, breakfast burritos & chorizo plate. Food was hot and fresh. Place was clean looking. A little toppings bar was there where you get limes, salsa, jalapeños & more. Food was made very fast!! We took it to go.
Unfortunately my babe caught COVID from this place, the food was still good. I’m assuming she got it from the door handle or the handles for the toppings. Within hours she was very very ill & tested positive the next morning. We will return but will be cautious of touching things!
Great Vegetarian Tacos!
While veggie tacos is not on the menu, the staff was great to customize the tacos based on our preference for vegetables. Both the tacos and salsa came out delicious! Highly recommended for any vegetarians looking for a good taco place!

If you are craving delicious, authentic Mexican food, this is the place to go! The staff is so friendly and the service is fast, whether you go inside or through the drive-through. The chili verde plate is exceptional! The pork is slow-roasted and seasoned to perfection. It is served with two enormous, fresh-made tortillas, refried beans, seasoned rice, guacamole, and Pico. There's enough on the plate for at least two meals. In fact, we had leftovers of every dish we ordered - carne asada fries, carne asada burritos, and the chili verde. The dining room atmosphere is nothing special but reminds me of the many authentic Mexican restaurants in South Texas where we spend out winters. You have to admire their efforts to turn an old building into a new restaurant without spending a fortune on decor. You don't need new tables, chairs, walls and floors. It's all clean and homey. Two miniscule critiques - the correct prices should be displayed on your online menus and maybe turn down the volume a bit on the dining room TV. Neither of those things will stop us from coming back, though!

One of my favorite spots to eat at here in the Springs! Delicious food, friendly staff and fast service. I like to get the nacho supreme with carne asada. So good!
I enjoyed this place, I got a burrito, with some mild green sauce on top of it, it was actually quite delicious! Their speed with getting the food to me was also impecable! The staff was pretty friendly, and I liked that you could dish the salsa yourself so you got exactly how much you wanted. I felt that the price $14.75 for what I ordered was a bit much, but I guess you do have to take into account inflation, and the fact that prices are going up. I still felt this was a little bit outrageous though. Overall I enjoyed my experience here.
Usually the food is fantastic great value and taste but in the evenings it's been pretty consistently burnt chips and overcooked
The first time we got food here everything was so good that we thought we finally found the perfect Mexican restaurant.
The carne asada fries were got and fresh and very tasty, and the burrito was also really good.
The second time one burrito was still very good while the other one was just ok..very wet and the chicken hard and didn't taste good.
We will get food here again because the service is fast and the prices are good but I don't think I'll get chicken again here.
Never have an issue allows good food. I dont have an issue they raised there prices with the economy it only makes sense what i have an issue with is they still many many months later have not updated your menu board. Also they can never understand what you say at the drive thru very well. But i eat here at least once a week

The food was fantastic and the service was too! The different burritos and salsa on the menu were delicious. I wish I could have tried more than one. The only “down” side is that chips don’t come with the meal.
Authentic, delicious, and filling! We tried the carne asada (pictured) as well as carnitas, lengua, and fish tacos. Everything was tender and savory. Wish we lived closer, would come back in an instant.
The best way to sum it up: we saw people getting in the drive thru line to order when the line was overflowing into another parking lot. THAT good.
